Report: Chris Seitz Traded To Union
RSL's number two could become Philadelphia's number one.
Real Salt Lake backup goalkeeper Chris Seitz will have a new home next season according to the Salt Lake Tribune. The highly rated 22-year-old was shipped to the new franchise in trade for allocation money and RSL will reportedly receive up to $200,000 from the trade.
Seitz is the second 'keeper acquired by the club with another highly rated backup, former Revolution 'keeper Brad Knighton, having been drafted by the first year franchise in the expansion draft on Wednesday.
Salt Lake also acquired former Houston striker Abe Thompson through the waiver draft on Wednesday.
