MLS Playoffs: VIDEO: Donovan And Beckham Prepare For MLS Cup Final
Watch Goal.com's video of Landon Donovan and David Beckham giving their thoughts on the MLS Cup final ahead.
In matching jumpsuits, Los Angeles Galaxy star duo Landon Donovan and David Beckham held court in a press conference in Seattle, Wash. Friday. Following training in Qwest Field, the two fielded questions for nearly half an hour.
Both stressed the need to take full advantage of the opportunities presented the team. On Sunday, the Galaxy will play Real Salt Lake in the Major League Soccer Cup final. After a three year absence from the postseason, the club could win the cup in its first year back since winning in 2005.
"It's been a great experience," Beckham said. "It always helps if you've had a certain amount of success and we've had that so far. But we're not happy. We still want to win this game on Sunday, and hopefully we will."
Watch highlights from the press conference below, including both players sharing what they value and appreciate in what the other does off the pitch.
