It took a late David Beckham goal, but the Los Angeles Galaxy were able to take the SuperClasico of the 2009 season by a 1-0 scoreline.

Things got a bit chippy towards the end, but Chivas never really threatened the Galaxy and it was a deserved win for the surging side, who are now two points off first in the Western Conference.
