It's not often that the players for Seattle Sounders FC visit another venue and find the kind of enthusiastic passion their own fans generate in Qwest Field.
It doesn't happen that regularly in Major League Soccer, but then again, the Sounders weren't playing an MLS team.
Instead, they faced off against regional rival Portland in Open Cup action.
Seattle prevailed in the hard-fought match, 2-1.
