Following a training session on Thursday, Goal.com caught up with Seattle Sounders’ players Tyrone Marshall and Nate Jaqua.

Marshall, 34, discussed his recent red card for an alleged fist to the face of a Columbus Crew player in their match last weekend.

As the Sounders move forward, Jaqua, 27, highlighted how the team has played thus far and what they have to improve on in the coming match.
