1. Chivas USA – Paulo Nagamura is all over the place for the Goats. He just runs and runs and runs. Not a traditional box-to-box guy, but he covers a lot of ground. (1)

2. D.C. United – That's a heck of a point in Carson, though no one should be surprised at this juncture with United's ability to rise from the dead. Santino Quaranta's laser-like equalizer just provided the exclamation point (and perhaps a hint of offside controversy). (2)

3. Chicago – Finally, a win for the league's only remaining undefeated team after a league-record five consecutive draws. The Fire can thank a non-call after a strong suspicion of handball on Logan Pause prior to Chris Rolfe's opener and some wasteful TFC finishing for the victory. (5)

4. Seattle – Three 1-1 draws on the trot for Sounders FC. While the one point in Bridgeview was a great result, draws at home to Los Angeles and on the road at FC Dallas can't be viewed as favorably. (3)

5. Toronto FC – Watching the ball bounce off Pause's arm and then watching referee Ricardo Salazar wave away the appeals must have driven TFC absolutely batty considering the two penalties called against Marvell Wynne for similar infractions earlier this year. (4)

6. Kansas City – The Wizards matched last season's road win total by picking up their second road victory of the season at Real Salt Lake on Saturday night. (9)

7. Houston – So close to a first victory at Giants Stadium. After playing up a man for 65 minutes, it shouldn't have been a question. (6)

8. Colorado – “We weren't looking for just a point,” Rapids midfielder Colin Clark said after his side drew 1-1 at New England. “We were looking for three. In the first half, we weren't very good. In the second half, we created better chances. We were just a little bit unlucky.” (7)

9. Columbus – Crew fans should hope those rumors surrounding Alejandro Moreno's future in Columbus are untrue. Moreno is an important part of the Crew offense, even if he isn't prolific in front of goal. (11)

10. New England – The Revs have Brad Knighton and some resolute defending to thank for the point against Colorado after another night of stuttering possession and meager offensive returns. (8)

11. Real Salt Lake – “We were pretty bad, all over,” defender Chris Wingert told the Salt Lake Tribune after his side lost 2-0 at home to Kansas City on Saturday night. “I don't know what to say. On pretty much every front, we struggled. ... By far, I thought it was our worst performance of the season, especially at home.” (10)

12. New York – Losing Carlos Johnson to a broken foot is a blow, but Jeremy Hall has shown that he can fill that void ably. (12)

13. Los Angeles – Donovan Ricketts has earned a place in the discussion of the following question: “Which MLS goalkeeper not named Zach Thornton has performed the best this season?” (13)

14. FC Dallas – Kenny Cooper needs more service. (14)

15. San Jose – Is Cornell Glen the answer? Probably not, but he might help to bridge the gap until the Earthquakes can find a more permanent solution. (15)
