Los Angeles Galaxy coach Bruce Arena spoke to the press after his team's first win of the season.

The Galaxy have only one loss this season, but until they played New York, they also had no wins.

Los Angeles came away the 1-0 victors in a tight match that was ultimately settled by a penalty kick call.

Coach Bruce Arena was grateful, however, as his squad head back out on the road for their next two games.

The Galaxy are perhaps following Arena's old national team formula for success - win at home, draw on the road.

The Los Angeles coach expressed his thoughts after the game, singling out certain players for praise and explaining what the first league win meant to the players.

Watch below for Arena's comments.
