Los Angeles Galaxy head coach was in high spirits after his side drew 0-0 in a highly spirited game against Chivas USA. Despite seeing his side draw red twice and continue its winless streak, the coach praised his side's work ethic and improvement.

"I think our team gave a good effort," he said in the post-match press conference. "They're getting better, and new players contributed well tonight. It's encouraging."

The response is a far cry from the rollicking he gave his players after the team lost 3-2 to the Colorado Rapids.
