VIDEO: Schmid Talks Ball Control At First QWest Field Practice

With a month until their inaugural match, the Seattle Sounders are in serious training mode with head coach Sigi Schmid at the helm

Seattle Sounders head coach Sigi Schmid spoke recently following his team's first practice at QWest Field ahead of their pre-season tour of Argentina.

The expansion club are set to play exhibition games in South America, and Schmid expressed the need for ball control and quality possession against opponents who are known for doing just that.

On March 19th the Sounders will play their inaugural match against the Western Conference Champions New York Red Bulls, live on ESPN2.
