Report: Milan Up David Beckham Bid

The Rossoneri are ready to wrap up a deal for 'Golden Balls' and are hoping their latest offer will do the trick.

According to The Sun, the British tabloid, AC Milan will table a new €11.6 million bid for Los Angeles Galaxy loan-star David Beckham.

The 33-year-old switched to San Siro last month in order to keep active during the MLS (Major League Soccer) off-season and keep his international career alive.

Beckham's deal expires in March, but such has been his impact in Serie A that Adriano Galliani & Co. are now working overtime to make him a permanent Rossonero.

The Italian giants have already had an offer of around €5 million rejected, and both the LA Galaxy and MLS are eager to sort out the Englishman's future quickly - one way or another.

MLS commisioner Don Garber has set Friday as the deadline date for an agreement on Beckham.
