VIDEO: Keller's Advice for Teammate Ljungberg

Former Swedish international Freddie Ljungberg may not know what he's in for when he joins Major League Soccer in 2009, says American goalkeeper Kasey Keller in an exclusive interview with Goal.com.

In an exclusive video interview with Goal.com, former US international Kasey Keller has some food for thought for his future Seattle Sounders FC teammate, Feddie Ljungberg.

Ljungberg signed with the MLS expansion club, set to begin play next season, last month as the team's Designated Player. Keller, who has never played in MLS, says there are many things Ljungberg must bear in mind when he joins the United States' top flight.

"If you think you're going to walk into MLS and play at 50% speed and think that you're going to make an impact, it's not going to happen," Keller said, speaking at the Honda Player of the Year event.
