Lazio midfielder Roberto Baronio insists that new signing Sergio Floccari will find a united group when he arrives in Rome, contrary to what the Italian media have been reporting.

Floccari found it tough to get a regular start at Genoa, and a move south may allow him to get more playing time.

"When he arrives," Baronio told TMW. "He will find a united group. "When he enters the changing rooms, he will realize everything that has been said is not true.

"He will find a group of people that want him to feel at home as soon as possible.

"His arrival will help us, and those of us who know the place well will help him settle in," concluded Baronio.

The Bianconeri take on Livorno when Serie A resumes on Wednesday.
