That is it from me, Tom Webber, for this evening. What a finish that was and I hope you enjoyed it as much as me! Have a great night.
FULL TIME - Plzen 2-1 CSKA: Musa gave the Russians the lead in the second half but a moment of madness from Dzagoev moments later saw the visitors reduced to 10 men. Goals from Kolar and Wagner therefore brought Plzen from behind for an heroic victory which secures their place in the Europa League and gives Pavel Vrba the perfect goodbye to the club.

Honda's effort goes straight into the wall and the referee blows his whistle. That is it! Plzen win!

Yellow Card Marek Bakos

Red Card Pontus Wernbloom
WERNBLOOM IS OFF! The Swede clashes with someone off the ball while waiting for the free kick and he is given his marching orders.
90' + 2'
A free kick for CSKA here in an extremely dangerous, central position. Honda will take this from around 20 yards out...

Goal Tomas Wagner
THERE IT IS!! WAGNER GETS THE GOAL! Karavaev finds himself with a man over and he leaves Wagner in enough space to bring Rajtoral's cross down and fire it across goal and into the net. Plzen are moments away from the Europa League!
Calm defending from Plzen there as they deal with Honda's cross to Zuber inside the box and counterattack down the left.
Bakos is agonisingly close to putting a great ball over the top of the defence back across goal, but his stretching leg fails to reach the delivery. You sense that won't be Plzen's last chance tonight.
HE HAS TO DO BETTER! Kovarik runs into plenty of space down the left and he whips a decent cross into the box, but its just behind Wagner. He has to readjust to try and get the header on target but he fails to make a solid connection to steer the ball towards goal.
Good defending from Limbersky! Musa caught Horvath in possession on the half-way line to put CSKA two-on-one with the left-back. He stays on his feet and judges his challenge well and manages to come away with the ball.
That could have been the chance! Kolar is picked out on the penalty spot but rather than turn and shoot he attempts to play the ball back to Rajtoral and mishits the pass.
SO CLOSE! Plzen almost have the winner, but Horvath's deflected effort loops up and drops just wide of the post. From the resultant corner Kolar has a chance to flick in his second but Ignashevich makes an important block to divert the effort away.
Yellow Card Georgi Shennikov
Plzen need just one goal in order to secure third position and a place in the Europa League. However, should CSKA score again then the hosts would need a 4-2 win due to goal difference changes.
WHY DIDN'T HE SHOOT! Musa could have put an instant end to the Plzen comeback as he gets in behind the defence but attempts to square a pass to Honda rather than shoot, and he fails to find his team-mate. What a waste of an opportunity.
Assist Pavel Horváth
Goal Daniel Kolar
GOOOOAAAL! THIS IS THE FINISH WE WANTED! Plzen take another short corner to work an angle for Horvath to whip a cross in. It is a tantalising ball and Kolar is able to redirect it from the near post and send it into the back of the net.
Plzen have the ball in the back of the net... but it is offside! A Plzen corner is cleared but the follow up effort, which was heading wide, is flicked into the net by Cisovsky. The centre-back was one of a number of offside players there!
GREAT GOALKEEPING! Akinfeev dived at the feet of Kolar and managed to stop the midfielder from tapping home following Bakos' knockdown at the back post. It was extremely brave, but even more important.
Kovarik receives the ball inside the box and he does well to spin and get a shot away. However, Berezutski gets his body in the way and deflects it behind for a corner.
A 2-1 victory for Plzen would be enough for them to book a place in the Europa League, so despite going behind minutes ago momentum will surely swing back in their favour! All set for a crazy closing 20 minutes.
Red Card Alan Dzagoev
RED CARD FOR DZAGOEV! Idiotic from the midfielder as he kicks out at Prochazka off the ball and now his team are down to 10 men!
Assist Keisuke Honda
Goal Ahmed Firaz Moosa
GOOOOOOOAAAL!! CSKA take the lead! Dzagoev took an age to pull the trigger inside the box and instead slipped a pass out to Honda on the right. He shuffled the ball onto his left foot and curled a great cross to the back post which Musa headed into the net.
JUST OVER!! Again Horvath's delivery is superb and Tecl gets his head onto the free kick at the near post. He is surrounded by a number of bodies and that may have restricted his ability to direct that effort on target.
So, Plzen have just under 30 minutes to find that one goal that would enable them to participate in the Europa League in the new year. Can they do it?
GOOD EFFORT! Dzagoev thumps a shot on goal from 25 yards that skids along the ground towards the target. He fails to put it in either corner but the power means Kozacik is unable to hold it. Fortunately for him, though, a red shirt is first to it and they clear the danger away.
Horava should have done better there! The ball in from the left is met by the midfielder but his first touch is poor and sends it straight out of play for a goal kick.
CSKA are looking a much more dangerous side following the introduction of Honda. The Japanese has got himself stuck in straight away and is encouraging movement from his team-mate with neat, crisp passing play.
WELL OVER! Musa does well to spin Prochazka but his right-footed effort from 20 yards out sails high above the target without worrying Kozacik.
That is better from the CSKA attackers! Honda has an instant impact as he feeds Dzagoev and the Russian ignites an intricate move with Musa, but the striker's return pass is just behind him and the chance foes begging.
Musa is dispossessed by Rajtoral close to his own area and the ball eventually falls to Rajtoral. The right-back tries to get an effort away but once more it is blocked.
Oh, Dzagoev is playing! The attacking midfielder manages to latch onto a ball over the top as Cisovsky again sits deeper than his team-mates, but his shot on goal from an acute angle is held by Kozacik.
Rajtoral must have been told to get forward more often as he moves into the area and beats Schennikov inside the box. However, his effort on goal is deflected behind for a corner.
We are back underway in the Czech Republic!
Welcome back! The teams are back out on the pitch and the second half will be underway shortly.
HALF TIME - Plzen 0-0 CSKA: The hosts have been the better of the two sides but as of yet they have been unable to find the back of the net. As things stand the Russians will secure a place in the Europa League, but a single goal for Vrba's men would see them take the consolation prize. Join me 15 minutes to find out if they can.
45' + 1'
We have just eight seconds of added time before the referee blows for half time.
Rajtoral, who has been very quiet so far, pushes forward for the first time tonight and is played in by Tecl. He races to the byeline but has his cross deflected behind for a corner off of Ignashevich.
Musa has again been brought to ground by Prochazka as CSKA look to break. The Nigerian looks extremely frustrated by the persistent fouling this half.
Plzen are starting to step things up again here, just before half time. The hosts have been by far the better side in this opening half but they need to test Akinfeev more often.
It is a good delivery from Horvath but none of his team-mates are able to get on the end of it and Akinfeev is able to welcome the ball into his arms.
Thats a clumsy challenge from Berezutski as he fells Petrzela wide on the right. Horvath will flight this in, and he possesses the quality to create something...
On another night that could have been given! Musa goes to ground following slight contact with Prochazka just inside the box. The referee is unmoved though, but the centre-back needs to be more careful as he already has a booking.
Plzen's threat up top has been slightly blunted by the visitors, who are seeing a lot more of the ball now and are able to keep it higher up the pitch.
STAT: Plzen have the worst defensive record in the competition having conceded 16 goals so far. CSKA are next, having had the ball put past them 15 times. Surely we will have some goals coming along soon then!
Musa again gets in behind through the channel between Limbersky and Cisovsky but once more he is hesitant and his attempt to roll the ball across the box is cut out.
GREAT STOP!! Cisovsky tries to play Musa offside but the flag on the near side stays down so the Nigerian is through one-on-one with the keeper. He takes a while to make his mind up and Kozacik stays big and blocks the effort.
Tosic has another effort from distance but this one bounces straight into the arms of Kozacik. CSKA have lacked fluency up top completely this evening.
OVER THE TOP! That would have been an absolute stunner, but Limbersky failed to get the technique right as he attempted to volley Horvath's cross on target from the back post.
GOOD SAVE! Excellent work from Tecl there, putting Ignashevich under pressure and forcing him into an error. The striker then drops deep and picks up the ball before bending a decent effort towards Akinfeev's left, but the keeper gets down to parry it behind.
Another poor set play from Elm, as his corner flies straight into the arms of Kozacik without a white shirt challenging.
After giving away a free kick 30 yards from goal, Prochazka gets an important head to the ball after Elm's poor free kick was worked out to Tosic on the right.
Yellow Card Václav Procházka
Horvath hooks a dangerous cross towards the back post but Petrzela is beaten to the ball by Schennikov. The winger has been just a little too slow to react when chances have presented themselves tonight.
Duris again gets in behind Karavaev, this time onto the end of a lovely pass from Limbersky, but his cross only picks out Berezutiski in the box. Plzen are looking very lively on the wings and are causing the visitors quite a few problems. They've started this very well.
That is much better from Duris as he races around the outside of Karavaev and cuts a pass back towards the penalty spot. Kolar is unable to control it and Petrzela is beaten to the ball by a white shirt as he looks to pull the trigger.
Limbersky and Duris attempt to link down the left but they fail to work an opportunity to get the ball into the area. The latter ends up conceding a free kick as he barges Karavaev to ground as the right-back looks to shepherd the ball out of play.
A great pass over the top of the CSKA defence looks to be too long for Tecl but he keeps on going and manages to get a cross towards the area. It is blocked at the near post but he wins his side a corner.
Kolar wins a free kick for the hosts in a dangerous position wide on the left. Berezutski went in a bit too clumsily on the Czech and Horvath Horvath whips it in. He picks out a team-mate but they cannot direct their header on target.
That is a real waste for CSKA! The visitors break after Ignashevich blocks a shot on goal at one end, but Musa opts to go alone rather than pass to Dzagoev in a central position. The Nigerians shot goes straight into the side netting without worrying the keeper.
The hosts have started brightly and look dangerous when attacking, but when they don't have possession they are getting everyone but Tecl in behind the ball. With space limited, Musa fails to remain onside as he runs into space and receives a pass from Tosic.
That is the first time we've seen Horvath get on the ball and look to send it forward, but he slightly overhits a pass out to Petrzela on the right and it goes out for a throw.
Just wide from Kolar! The Czech is picked out in space, 25 yards from goal, and Berezutski fails to close him quickly. The Plzen man looses an effort on goal which arrows narrowly wide of Akinfeev's right-hand post.
Great play from Horava there, winning the ball from Dzagoev inside his own half and carrying it towards the other end. He slipped a pass out to his right for Petrzela and then made a great run to connect with the subsequent cross into the box. However, his looping header was gathered by Akinfeev before Kolar could connect with a follow up.
Petrzela and Duris not quite on the same wavelength there, as the former's attempt at a through-ball is sent straight out of play. His team-mate was completely static there.
Tonight is Plzen coach Pavel Vrba's final game in charge of the club before taking the reigns of the Czech national team. He will be desperate to leave the club with a positive result tonight, then.
What an interception from Milanov! The winger chased all the way back and got a vital touch to the ball as Petrzela waited for it to drop down for a volley inside the area. The Plzen made had been left completely unmarked there and perhaps should have shown more urgency.
We are underway in Plzen!
The teams are out on the pitch as the Champions League anthem rings around the stadium. There is plenty of noise inside the ground, which is awash with the red-and-blue colours of the home side.
CSKA (4-2-3-1): Akinfeev; Karavaev, A. Berezutski, Ignashevich, Schennikov; Elm, Wernbloom; Milanov, Dzagoev, Tosic; Musa.
