  • That's it! The USA had a poor first half, but turned things around in the second half to record a comfortable 4-1 win. Chris Wondolowski was the star again, scoring twice in just over 30 minutes on the field.
  • 86'
Torres clips a ball into Castillo who chests it to Wondolowski. The Earthquakes man does the rest, calmly taking a touch through a defender before depositing home from close range. It's now six goals in three games

  • 85'
    Goal Chris Wondolowski
  • 85'
GOAL USA! And it's Wondolowski again!
  • 80'
Save Molina! Great interplay between Beckerman and Donovan tees up Wondolowski, who looked like he'd get his second, but the Cuba goalkeeper refused to let the shot get under him
  • 78'
Substitution Jaime Colomé Valencia M. Sánchez
  • 78'
U.S. pumping cross after cross into the area, but Cuba has been defending well in the last five minutes, refusing to concede a fourth

    Goal Chris Wondolowski
  • 66'
GOAL USA! It's Chris Wondolowski again! That's five goals in three matches for the San Jose striker
  • 62'
    Substitution J. Alfonso Alexei Zuaznábar
  • 60'
Ciprian getting stretchered off for Cuba after a clash with Onyewu in the box. The U.S. defender very nearly conceded a penalty

  • 58'
    Substitution H. Gómez Chris Wondolowski
  • 57'
    Goal J. Corona
  • 57'
GOAL USA! Out of nothing, Corona picks up a loose ball on the edge of the area and curls an unstoppable strike into the far corner with his first touch. That's his first international goal and it's 2-1
  • 54'
Plenty of set piece chances for the USA so far, but no goals. Cuba looks vulnerable in the air though, so the feeling is that one will come eventually
  • 51'
Castillo draws a foul on the left flank. Good work from the left back who, while still a liability defensively, does look good going forward
  • 47'
Save Molina! Torres whips in a free kick and the Cuba goalkeeper makes a tremendous reflex save on an Orozco header
  • 46'
    Substitution Brek Shea J. Torres
  • 46'
We're underway in the second half. Torres is on for Shea, who was awful in the first half
  • That's the half. Really poor half from the U.S., but the penalty right at the stroke of halftime will have Klinsmann's side thinking it can pull away in the second half
  • 45' + 2'
    Penalty Goal Landon Donovan
  • 45' + 2'
GOAL USA! Donovan sends the keeper the wrong way and the U.S. grabs an equalizer just before the half. Fourth goal in three games for Donovan, though three have been PKs
  • 45' + 1'
Penalty to the USA! Donovan and Castillo with a good one-two and the left back is dragged down by Molina. On replay, it looks like the right call
  • 44'
GOAL USA! But it's offside! Corona's cross is nodded down by Gomez and Donovan pokes home, but he's just a fraction off
  • 42'
This has got to be a wake up call for Klinsmann's side, which has been nothing short of awful this half.
  • 36'
    Assist Ariel Pedro Martínez
  • 36'
    Goal J. Alfonso
  • 36'
GOAL CUBA! Martinez absolutely torches Castillo to the endline and gets off a cross that Ciprian turns home. Nightmarish defense from the USA and you can't say that they don't deserve to be down
  • 35'
Finally something positive from Shea, as the winger hits a decent cross that Gomez volleys straight at the keeper
  • 33'
Gomez takes a wayward touch and then fouls a Cuban player hard. Bit of frustration starting to set in for the USA
  • 27'
The U.S. not connecting in the final third right now, and Cuba goalkeeper Odelin Molina hasn't really been troubled so far
  • 22'
Brek Shea is just having an awful time of it out there, dribbling into trouble and then shanking a cross when he gets the ball on the next play
  • 18'
U.S. has 76% possession right now, but not a whole lot of quality chances to show for it. Still early though
  • 16'
The USA showing how high a defensive line it wants to play there, as the defense steps way up to slow down a Cuba attack. An earlier through ball could've been dangerous though
  • 13'
The U.S. wins a corner kick off a quick turnover. Donovan's service is whipped in and Corona's glancing header just goes wide of the far post
  • 8'
Corona and Donovan team up and Corona's clipped ball is JUST missed by Donovan at the near post. Good ball by the Xolos man
  • 6'
Castillo gets caught out on the left side, stepping up to win the ball and missing completely. His teammates are able to stop the ensuing attack though
  • 4'
Cuba dropping deep early as expected, and the U.S. not finding a way through in the early going
  • 1'
