The U.S. had another great opportunity created by its midfield as it gets the ball to Altidore in the box but the 21-year-old striker is swarmed by Canada's defense.
The game's fast pace has slowed considerably since the opening 15 minutes. Canada is trying to become patient on the ball while the U.S. is playing counter, waiting for the Canucks to make a mistake.
The U.S. continues to be really aggressive in this match. It almost scored again as Altidore almost had another chance.
Down a goal, Canada's is beginning to get more aggressive.

Surprises? Julian De Guzman is out injured for Canada. Yesterday, I spoke with him and he appeared to be moving well. Maybe there is a niggling injury for the Toronto FC midfielder. As for the U.S., Bob Bradley is taking a major gamble by starting 18-year-old prodigy Juan Agudelo alongside Jozy Altidore. Yes, Agudelo is very talented and shows a lot of promise but it might be a risky move considering this is the first game of the tournament.
