Combined the sublime with the ridiculous. Made a number of telling one-on-one saves, though looked shaky and nervous at the same time. The scoreline would have been more embarrassing without him.
A real force of energy for Spurs and something of a bright spark. He marauded forward well, though overcommitted both for Suarez's opener and in open play, leaving Spurs vulnerable on the break.
Never ever looks comfortable at left back and struggled massively today. Poor on the ball, incredibly vulnerable defensively and lost his battle with Sterling. A woeful display and hauled off at halftime.
Looked lost inside the first 20 minutes, lunging into challenges, failing to track runners and losing easy headers. His place will be under threat after today.
Totally unable to affect the match. Offered virtually no protection to Walker and failed to test Flanagan in any way. An abject outing.
The Brazilian was once again deployed in the hole though looks unsuited to the role. Let down by poor first touch and lack of vision. No better when sat deeper and a bad day was made worse with a red card.
Filling in at center back once again, the Frenchman was given a stern test in the form of Suarez. Never got to grips with the Uruguayan and was never able to impose himself.
Left the field through injury after just half an hour, though he had been ineffective while on the field as Liverpool took control. Not his usual, powerful self.
A decent performance from the Belgian, who helped out defensively and rarely wasted possession. He couldn't always find the perfect pass, but showed more intent than his teammates.
Like the rest of the Spurs midfield, the Belgian was outmuscled and outmaneuvered. Unable to prevent red shirts from flying past him at will and replaced as the home side sought a way back into the game.
Worked hard up front, though, as is a common theme, received far too little service. Linked well but just so blunt compared to the Reds' opposite number, and wasted the few chances that came his way.
Had a much quieter afternoon than he would have expected, though looked very uncomfortable with the ball at his feet. Solid otherwise.
Found an enormous amount of space to raid into and brought so much width to Liverpool's play, while also containing Lennon. Capped a fine display with a fantastic finish.
Enjoyed his physical tussle with Soldado and looked powerful when stepping up. A threat at the other end too, and smashed the post with a header.
A calming, controlling presence at fullback. He was rarely beaten and got forward in support of the attack well too.
Commanding in the air and uncompromising in the tackle. It was a rarity for Spurs to breach the Reds defense, which looked comfortable throughout.
Worked so hard in closing down Spurs, thrusting into tackles and even outmuscling more physical opponents. An unusually rugged display that was also teamed with good use of the ball.
Played an invaluable role in front of the back four, fighting fires, intercepting passes and winning possession with strong challenges. Withdrawn late on.
Blitzed Naughton in the first with his pace, jinking and tricking inside. Had to aid Johnson in the second period more, doing so diligently, and sprung on the counter with such ferocity before notching a goal himself.
A powerful, indomitable performance. Henderson was so busy and industrious in midfield, always on the move, always creating. Set up the first goal and scored the second. Liverpool won't miss Steven Gerrard if he maintains this form.
The Brazilian found so much space and linked well with his teammates, and was as tenacious as anyone. Rattled the crossbar with a shot and was so dangerous on the break.
Simply impossible to stop when he plays like this. Obliterated Spurs' high line and took both his goals with such sublime style. Dropped deep to link play with effortless class too, creating three goals. The Premier League's most outstanding player.
Brought on at halftime for Naughton. Looked much more natural than the man he replaced.
Came on after just 30 minutes in place of Sandro. Showed more awareness and composure on the ball and was a lively, inventive introduction.
Came on with half an hour to play and, aside from a few bursts forward, had little impact.
