I'm Alex Moretto, and I'd like to thank you all for joining me today. Good bye!
Meanwhile, Sassuolo drop back into the bottom three with the loss, tied on points with Bologna but behind on goal differential. Next up, they travel to Fiorentina as they continue their fight for survival.
FULL-TIME: SASSUOLO 1-3 JUVENTUS. An early Simone Zaza goal wasn't enough for the hosts to pick up a result, as Juventus fight back to restore their eight point lead atop the table. Next up, Benfica, as they look to advance to the Europa League final.
90' + 4'
That will do it! Donato says enough is enough, with the rain still pouring down, as he sounds his full time whistle.
90' + 2'
Great goalkeeping from Buffon. This is about the third time this match where he has charged well out of his box to clear a long pass and prevent a potential break. His experience knows no bounds.
Four minutes to be added on here, as Juventus continue to keep possession.
TEVEZ BLASTS OVER! He streaks in on a counter attack, three versus three, and cuts it across the top of the box, uses the run of Llorente as a decoy, but puts his shot high of the far corner.
STAT ATTACK: Juventus are 12-0 this season in league matches following a midweek European game. They can improve that mark to 13-0 if they hold on here.
Juventus have started to slow the pace now. They are passing it around in defence, with Sassuolo not looking very interested in chasing it down. They've scraped and clawed at the door for 85 minutes and it appears as though they may have run out of fight here.
TWO UNBELIEVABLE STOPS FROM BUFFON! Floro Flores sends a brilliant ball in to Floccari who has two shots from in close but can't beat Buffon who scrambles to make the first save, and then lays out to stop the rebound!
Another injury sees Chibsah come off, meanwhile Andrea Pirlo gives way for the defensive minded Arturo Vidal as Juventus hope to close this one out. What a luxury it is to have a player like that available from the bench.
Sassuolo will be hard done by this defeat, barring a late miracle. They have performed admirably here today and have caused Juventus a number of problems. There's still just over 10 minutes left to salvage something, but it appears unlikely now.
Assist Stephan Lichtsteiner
Goal Fernando Llorente
GOOOOOOOOOOOAL! That should do it! Incredible back heel from Fernando Llorente after some more great work by Pogba and Lichtsteiner along the right. The Swiss man picks up the assist thanks to a great ball in, but what a finish from the Spaniard who has been very quiet today.
Sassuolo win a corner and it's whipped into a dangerous area. Floccari gets his head to it but sends it just wide! Meanwhile, Ogbonna seems to have picked up a knock, which is the reason for this change.
TEVEZ OFF THE BAR! Incredible work from Pogba to fend off two defenders and pick out Lichtsteiner. The Swiss man find Tevez in the box, who hits a first time shot that cannons off the bar! So close to a second for Tevez thanks to some lovely work along the right.
The game is starting to get a lot more physical now, with Sassuolo fighting for their lives. Juventus seem almost surprised by the grit and determination of the hosts as they try and see this one out.
GREAT SAVE PEGOLO! He keeps Sassuolo in the match with a vital save on Marchisio. The midfielder takes a pass at the top of the box, and has a clear sight at the far side of goal, but opts to try and smack it back across his body inside the near post. Pegolo does well to change direction and get down to make the save.
Yellow Card Simone Zaza
Yellow Card Angelo Ogbonna
What a horrendous dive from Zaza. He chases down a lose ball and flies to ground with Buffon coming out of his goal. The replays indicate there was no contact made, and Zaza is rightfully shown a yellow card for simulation.
STAT ATTACK: Juventus are 9-0 against the bottom five teams this season, winning by a combined score of 20-2.
The Marchisio goal has really dealt a big blow to Sassuolo's hopes of survival, and seems to have taken the wind out of their sails at the moment. Juventus taking over possession here, passing it amongst themselves in midfield as they start to play keep-away.
Assist Andrea Pirlo
Goal Claudio Marchisio
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAL! Stunner. Absolute stunner! Antei gives the ball away to the last man you want in Andrea Pirlo, who picks out a sublime overhead pass to Marchisio in Antei's now vacated spot, and the midfielder slots it home first time with a brilliant finish.
What a run from Zaza! Sassuolo looking increasingly dangerous! Zaza makes a great run at Chiellini after winning the ball in midfield, but his final ball just lets him down as he can't send Sansone through on goal.
JUST OVER THE BAR! Sansone makes a wonderful run in from the right and works a lovely one-two with Zaza before firing just high from a yard outside the box.
DEFLECTED JUST WIDE! Pirlo's shot now from the top of the box takes a wicked deflection amongst the mass of bodies in the box, and loops high into the air, coming down just outside the post and rolling inches wide of a helpless Pegolo.
There's the first shot of the second half! Antonio Conte puts his arms out in frustration as Carlos Tevez has a go from outside the top right of the box. Pegolo is able to make an easy save, but Pogba was wide open in the middle waiting for a pass, and Tevez never saw him.
After an incredibly lively first half, the pace has slowed a bit early on here. The rain is coming down hard, but the ball appears to be moving nicely, with the pitch in very good condition.
Sassuolo looking very lively to start the half, getting some quality time in attack. Juventus are up to the task, however, as they continue to deal with the danger quite easily. The hosts have to be a bit careful here, as they commit men forward and stretch themselves out, just losing their shape a bit.
Sassuolo kick us off in the second half, moving right to left. It's a big 45 minutes for both teams, who really need the three points, albeit for very different reasons.
STAT ATTACK: Sassuolo are on a three match unbeaten run for just the second time all season, and it couldn’t have come at a better time as it has helped them jump Livorno and Bologna and move out of the bottom three.
HALF-TIME: SASSUOLO 1-1 JUVENTUS. The hosts have proven their worth through the opening 45 minutes, challenging Juventus stride for stride. Simone Zaza put them in front before the 10 minute mark, a deserved goal for his first half performance, but Carlos Tevez pulled Juventus level with a stunning strike of his own 10 minutes before the break.
No time to be added on at the end of a thrilling first half, as the players head to the locker rooms to grab a towel and dry themselves off.
Zaza gets into another threatening position, as a long ball is sent forward, but this time Ogbonna recovers well to get to the ball first and send it behind for a Sassuolo corner. The cross in is dealt with by Llorente as the pressure is relieved.
WORLD CLASS SAVE! Zaza is proving near impossible for Juventus to deal with! He beats Barzagli with a nice turn and has a shot from six yards out, in a similar position to where he first scored, but Buffon just gets his hands up to deny the attempt! It's an absolutely stunning reactionary save from Buffon to deny Zaza what looked to be a sure second goal.
Very wasteful from Marchisio! Ogbonna does his best Carlos Tevez impression, as he makes a run deep into the heart of the Sassuolo end. He lays it off for Marchisio who has options in the middle, but he opts to have a shot of his own that flies high and wide.
Juventus look very lively now in attack. Sassuolo seem shaken by Carlos Tevez's equalizer and are allowing the Bianconeri far too much space in the final third, something they had very little of in the opening 30 minutes.
Assist Claudio Marchisio
Goal Carlos Tévez
Juventus are managing a ton of possession since falling behind, but really, with the exception of a few chances, can't break down this Sassuolo defence as their attacks continue to break down at the vital moment.
Some more incredible play from Zaza as Sassuolo continue to look more than capable in attack. The goalscorer has it along the right, and is swarmed by two defenders as he waits for support to come in the middle. He fends off the challenges and manages to win a corner, much to the delight of the home fans.
Chibsah is very, very lucky. The Ghanaian gets himself into some trouble near his own penalty area, and tries to dribble it out of danger. He's dispossessed by Marchisio who beats a defender and appears to be through on goal before the whistle sounds for a foul on Pogba. It was the slightest grab of the shirt that bailed Chibsah from potential disaster.
MORE GREAT DEFENDING! Isla picks out Llorente in the box, and he tries to fend off the veteran Cannavaro, but is unable to do so, as he sees his shot blocked and send behind for a corner.
TWO CHANCES FOR JUVENTUS! Lovely passing move by the visitors as Pirlo picks out Llorente, who sends Marchisio through on goal. He slightly loses his footing, allowing Gazzola to come across and make as vital a tackle as there is. The ball is cleared, only as far as Pogba, who tries to curl a shot into the far corner, but it's far too close to Pegolo.
STAT ATTACK: Sassuolo have dropped points just once at home this season after scoring the game's first goal (a 1-1 draw with Cagliari).
CLOSE TO AN EQUALIZER! The bulldog Carlos Tevez nearly pulls Juventus level with a thunderous shot from the top of the box, but can't slot it inside the near post with Pegolo pinned to his line.
Juventus seem to be growing in frustration just a bit now, considering the scoreline and the less than ideal conditions. Pogba makes a nice run down the right and has options in the middle, but can't beat Ziegler, playing against his parent club, as his cross bounces off the midfielder and back off himself resulting in a goal kick.
WHAT A CHANCE FOR SANSONE! He's having a cracking start to this match! The forward gets on the end of a pass and shifts his way into the box. He does incredibly well to beat Chiellini with a dazzling stepover, then rushes past two other Juventus defenders standing and staring. He just scuffs his final shot though as the chance goes begging.
Chibsah finds himself in space now and charges forward in attack. He gets into a good central position, with Zaza and Floro Flores making runs to his side. He can't pick out a good final ball, however, as it rolls into the waiting arms of Buffon.
Juventus playing with a bit more spring in their step now, in chase of a quick equalizer. The Bianconeri are seemingly insistent on attacking through Asamoah and Marchisio along the left, however without much success so far. The Ghanaian is tripped up by fellow countryman Chibsah, but no foul is called and Sassuolo are back in possession.
STAT ATTACK: Zaza's opener was Sassuolo's first ever goal against Juventus.
Goal Simone Zaza
GOOOOOOOOAAL! Simone Zaza has put Sassuolo in front! The hosts break on a counter, and Sansone slides Zaza in along the left. He runs himself into a tough angle, but manages to beat Buffon with his shot at the near post with the aid of a slight deflection from Ogbonna!
Assist Nicola Sansone
The rain is really pouring down on the pitch, which has led to a very sloppy start, despite the high tempo. Asamoah sends a nice ball forward for Llorente, but he's called offside on what looked to be a very close call.
Juventus are showing their intentions early on, playing with a very high back line. They look to be taking a very direct approach, but Sassuolo's 4-3-3 formation could prove to be very beneficial as it looks as if they will have a lot of space on the counter.
An errant pass results in an early foul on Mauricio Isla. The free-kick is quickly taken and Sansone gets it, charging towards a backing up Ogbonna. He gets his shot off from distance and it trickles just wide of the far post. Encouraging start for the hosts.
Juventus kick-off and we're underway at the Mapei Stadium. The visitors, moving right to left, are wearing their yellow away kits with blue shorts, while Sassuolo are sporting their green and black striped shirts.
STAT ATTACK: Juventus won the only previous meeting between the two teams 4-0 earlier this season, aided by a Carlos Tevez hat-trick.
Sassuolo are up against it today as they are without the suspended Davide Blondini, Simone Missiroli and leading scorer Domenico Berardi, while Lorenzo Ariaudo, Thomas Manfredini, Paolo Bianco and Matteo Brighi remain out due to injury.
SASSUOLO SUBS: Pomini, Pucino, Ariaudo, Floccari, Masucci, Brighi, Mendes, Farias, Rosi, Polito.
SASSUOLO XI (4-3-3): Pegolo; Gazzola, Antei, Cannavaro, Longhi; Chibsah, Magnanelli, Ziegler; Sansone, Floro Flores, Zaza.
Antonio Conte has a full squad at his disposal, with no injuries or suspensions to report. He has, however, decided to rest a couple of his players with Bonucci and Lichtsteiner on the bench in anticipation of the second leg of their Europa League cup tie against Benfica later this week.
JUVENTUS SUBS: Caceres, Vucinic, Pepe, Giovinco, Peluso, Osvaldo, Bonucci, Padoin, Vidal, Lichtsteiner, Quagliarella, Storari.
JUVENTUS XI (3-5-2): Buffon; Barzagli, Ogbonna, Chiellini; Isla, Pogba, Pirlo, Marchisio, Asamoah; Tevez, Llorente.
The teams have been announced, so let us have ourselves a look at today's starting line-ups:
Sassuolo are hoping to prolong this magical ride in their first ever season in Italy's top flight. They come into the match outside of the bottom three – having played fewer matches – but will drop below Bologna and back into the relegation zone with a loss today. Their first ever Serie A season is coming to a close, but coach Eusebio Di Francesco will be hoping to get a massive result in front of their home fans, taking a step in the right direction towards staying up.
Roma keep throwing punches and Juventus keep coming back. The Bianconeri will have to do so again tonight, after the Giallorossi's 2-0 victory over Milan on Friday drew them back to within five points of the league leaders. With a win today, Juventus cannot clinch the title, but it would give them the opportunity to do so against Atalanta in front of their home fans next week.
Good evening Serie A fans around the world, and welcome to today's match between table toppers Juventus and relegation candidates Sassuolo at the Mapei Stadium. I'm Alex Moretto and I'll be your in-game host, guiding you through the match LIVE as it happens!
