Already a favorite of the fans at the Parc des Princes, who chant his name each time he makes a telling intervention. Wasn’t overly troubled by the Lyon attack, but dealt solidly with a number of crosses. His handling was good when it required to be.
Made a couple of fine interceptions when forced to track back and handled the threat of Gomis well overall. Can be prone to lapses of concentration, but none of these were in evidence.
Aggressive with his tackling, the left back was an effective block in the left back role but only occasionally offered support for his side going forward. Did his primary duties solidly and can be pleased that Briand offered little threat.
Faced with compatriot Michel Bastos, the right back had a difficult evening, though he certainly didn’t disgrace himself. Perhaps could have got tighter to his winger, but this was a sensible and measured performance. Disappointed with his delivery further forward.
Asked to play a sitting midfield role when he’s perhaps been better utilized as a more offensive player in recent months. Though he produced a solid performance, it was not spectacular by any means. His best moment was a fizzing second half shot a foot wide of the post.
He may be a new signing at the club, but the Uruguayan defender has already taken steps to make himself the top dog in the back four. Was vocal and solid, playing like a leader, which will be a real encouragement to Kombouare.
Has made all the headlines for Antoine Kombouare’s side in recent weeks, and though this wasn’t his finest performance, he proved the match-winner. His decision making wasn’t always great, but he was regularly involved, and his audacity to shoot from a tough angle paid off.
Another solid showing from the holding midfielder, who was rather limited in his offensive movements on this occasion. Picked up a heavy knock after the interval, and had to be replaced.
Threatened to have his best game for PSG with a very bright opening spell, but the former Roma player is notoriously inconsistent in his performance and he would soon fade from this excellent start. Creative and direct when in possession.
Wasn’t allowed to get in behind the Lyon defense easily, and when he was given the service, his touch was lacking. Will enjoy more impressive evenings, but there could be few questions about his effort and commitment.
Will be bitterly disappointed to have been beaten at his near post on Pastore’s goal, having anticipated a cross from the Argentine. Made a good save from Lugano in the first half and an even better one from Gameiro in the second, but ultimately it was his rare mistake that cost his side.
Patrolled his flank well, with very few attacks coming from a deep area on Lyon’s left. When he pushed forward, he did so impressively, delivering a couple of wicked crosses into the box that picked out Gomis. Poor marking at the far post in the last minute allowed Jallet to score, a black mark in an otherwise decent performance.
Against the weaker sides, Reveillere is able to raid forward to support the attack, but opposing PSG he was unable to provide much of this service. Occasionally caught out of position, allowing les Parisiens to attack down his flank, and indeed it was in this area they profited.
A reassuring performance from the young Croatian, who continues to come of age this term. Made a vital challenge on Gameiro during the first half and would dominate that duel physically. One missed header after the break could have been punished more harshly, though.
His set plays were delivered in a disappointing manner, but this may have owed to the rain of scrunched up paper that was delivered on him at every corner. Was relatively anonymous in the center of the midfield, which is uncharacteristic of his form this term.
Another bright performance from the in-form Brazilian, whose supply to Gomis has been consistently superb this season. Was restricted by Ceara to some extent, but he still was at the source of many of Lyon’s best moves.
Probably the revelation of the season with OL, and there was an awful lot of pressure on the young Frenchman to perform tonight. Produced a strong game, tracking the threat of Pastore well, though he became less of a force once the opening goal had been scored. Offered a threat in the Lyon box with his aerial power, glancing one effort just wide.
The shock selection in this encounter, the young striker seemed to justify his selection by Remi Garde by turning in a bright showing early on. Went close twice in the first 20 minutes but then vanished.
Passed up a golden opportunity to level the match when he headed wide from only six yards out. Offered a bustling presence in attack, but he received little of the ball. When it mattered, the former Saint-Etienne man fluffed his lines.
Chastised rather this season, it was another difficult evening for the former Rennes attacker, who never looked comfortable in possession. Gave the ball away cheaply on one occasion in the first half and should have conceded a penalty moments later when he clumsily fouled Pastore in the box. Can do much better.
