Premier League Preview: Norwich City - Fulham

On Saturday, Paul Lambert’s Norwich City welcome Fulham to Carrow Road and will be hoping to get back to winning ways at home following the 2-0 defeat to Tottenham on Tuesday.

In the Spurs defeat, Norwich had several defensive selection problems and they don’t appear to have improved a great deal as Marc Tierney (groin) looks likely to sit out once again, while Ritchie De Laet, on-loan from Manchester United, is a major doubt after being forced off in the second half against Harry Redknapp’s team.

One boost for Lambert and Norwich is the likely return of Kyle Naughton as the right back was ineligible for the visit of Spurs, but James Vaughan still appears to be a few days away from fitness.

Martin Jol has his own injury problems to contend with as Mark Schwarzer will continue his spell out with a spine injury meaning David Stockdale will remain in goal, but the Englishman has been in good form since coming into the team.

Andy Johnson (groin) looks as though he may be able to feature at Carrow Road, but Bobby Zamora (Achilles) is a doubt, while Damien Duff (calf) is very doubtful, as is Simon Davies (back) and Zdenek Grygera won’t be back until May.
