  DID YOU KNOW?
  • Both teams have a chance at qualifying for the MLS playoffs with a win and other results going their way this weekend.
  • Thierry Henry continued his recent tear with a goal and three assist in the Red Bulls’ 4-1 win over Toronto FC last weekend. Over his last four games, Henry has three goals and five assists. Henry is now tied for fourth in the MLS Golden Boot standings with 14 goals, and tied for fourth in MLS with 12 assists.
  • Of goalkeepers who have made at least five MLS appearances this season, Sean Johnson has the second highest save percentage in MLS with 76. Only fellow U.S. youth international Bill Hamid has a better number.
  • The teams have split their two previous meetings this season. Patrick Nyarko, Gonzalo Segares and Chris Rolfe all scored in a 3-1 Fire win on June 17 at Toyota Park. Thierry Henry scored the game’s only goal in a Red Bulls victory, July 18 at Red Bull Arena.
  • New York Goalkeeper Luis Robles made his MLS debut – and was scored on with the first shot he faced – but bounced back to backstop the Red Bulls' win against Toronto.
  • Chicago's Guillermo Franco will miss this match after being sent off for a reckless challenge against Philadelphia's Brian Carroll on Wednesday.
