Montreal grabs late goals to top Portland.The Montreal Impact left it late, but two goals in the final 15 minutes of play gave the Canadian outfit a 2-0 win over the Portland Timbers on Saturday afternoon.
Bernardo Corradi scored the first in the 76th minute after Steven Smith was called for a handball in the box, and the scoring was rounded out in the 84th minute when a Davy Arnaud cross found Sinisa Ubiparipovic at the back post.
The win was Montreal's second of the season, with a trip to Sporting Kansas City up next.
The loss keeps the Timbers on two wins as well, with a home match against Columbus next on the docket.
