FULL TIME - Just as you thought this game was going to end on a whimper, Bouzanis makes the fatal error of bringing down Milligan just inside the box, conceding the penalty kick, which led to the goal being scored by Milligan in the 96th minute. Melbourne Victory have recorded a 1-0 win over Melbourne City.

Melbourne Victory are starting to show some form after a very slow start to the season. They are in sixth position on the ladder and win tonight will have them climb the ladder to as high as fourth position.
Melbourne City need to win this one tonight to stay within striking distance of second position on the ladder. The big worry for them will be their attacking half, as they have lost all three major strikers for various reasons. Although one of their strikers is on the bench.
