All smiles for Juventus, with Lyon crashing out in the quarter final stages. That's all that we have time for from Turin, as the tournament's favourites march into the last four. I've been Simon Harrison and I hope to see you all again next time.
FULL TIME! Juventus progress into the Europa League semi-final, with a 2-1 home win over Lyon! Goals from Pirlo and an own goal from Umtiti were enough for a Bianconeri victory, despite a brief equaliser by Briand. Not an entirely convincing display, but it'll do for Juve!
90' + 2'
TOLISSO! The right-back tries his luck from 30 yards, arrowing his effort high and wide, with Buffon happy to watch the ball rise into the crowd. Giovinco tries to get in behind the Lyon defence with an early run, but is caught offside.
There are two minutes of stoppage time, with Lyon requiring two goals before the end of play.
Party atmosphere in the Juventus Stadium now, with the crowd engaging in a Mexican wave. Gonalons picks up a yellow card for a cynical challenge, more as a result of frustration than anything else.
Yellow CardMaxime Gonalons
GIOVINCO! The substitute races into the penalty area, taking a touch up into the air, before looking to finish the move with an incisive half-volley! He gets it all wrong, ballooning his strike high into the crowd. Llorente wonders why he didn't receive the ball back.
Lyon now need two goals in the last five minutes of normal time, with a lack of stoppages suggesting that no a great deal of time will be added on by the fourth official. The Old Lady look comfortable, with Gomis continuing to receive absolutely no service.
Yellow CardSamuel Umtiti
Very poor challenge from Umtiti! The central defender ploughs across, taking out Giovinco with no intent of playing the ball! He clatters the Italian, sending him flying into the advertising hoardings, but it's only a yellow card for the Frenchman.
N'Jie causes a couple of problems down the right flank, with his pace looking to threaten Chiellini and Asamoah. The substitute wins a corner, but it is cleared away well by Llorente. The Spaniard is a useful defensive tool from set pieces.
Less than ten minutes remain, with Juve looking to have done enough to book their place in the Europa League semi-final. Lyon have worked hard tonight, but two goals before the 90 minute mark is a huge ask, especially after the lack of impact from Gomis and N'Jie.
Yellow CardClaudio Marchisio
CACERES! Half a chance for Pogba too, as Anthony Lopes rushes out to punch away a Pirlo corner, but gets nowhere near it! The loose ball bobbles around with Lyon unable to clear their lines, before Caceres fires the rebounding ball back into the area, where it strikes a ruck of Juve players stood in an offside position.
Tevez's evening is cut short through substitution, with the Argentine's European goal drought seemingly destined to continue for a long while yet. Giovinco is the man to sprint onto the field, with the diminutive Italian having a great impact off the bench in the reverse fixture.
Slight injury worries for Vidal, which caused the substitution for Juve, with Pogba taking the place of the Chile international. Buffon isn't afraid to waste a few seconds by bouncing the ball when it's in his possession, as Lyon are the side who need to do the chasing now.
Pogba is the next man to be called upon by Conte, as Juve look to see out the remaining quarter of an hour. Llorente tries to break down the left hand side, but Kone outmuscles the Spain international before winning back possession.
The home fans are in much better voice following that Marchisio goal, with their nerves helped hugely by the knowledge that Lyon need to muster up two goals to progress. Buffon has been sporadically tested throughout, but weirder things have happened tonight in the Europa League than Lyon making a two-goal comeback!
Twenty minutes left on the clock and Lyon need two goals to progress! Garde immediately looks to his bench, as he knows that some kind of offensive catalyst is required. Gomis replaces Lacazatte, who has been very dangerous, with Briand taken off for N'Jie.
Own GoalSamuel Umtiti
MVUEMBA! Buffon takes no chances, palming Mvuemba's free-kick around the post for a corner! It's well-hit by the former Portsmouth man, but no match for the experienced gloves of Juve's goalkeeper.
Brilliant run by Lacazette, who dances beyond two challenges before falling to the turf! It was Chiellini with the rash challenge, after Vidal gave the ball away in midfield. Lyon have a dangerous free-kick on the edge of the hosts' box.
Less than half an hour to play and Juve are in search of the goal to wrap up this tie. Pirlo is beginning to find more and more space as the game wears on, with the introduction of Llorente showing Conte's intent. Garde is still keeping his cards close to his chest.
IT'S BEEN RULED OUT! Pirlo takes a corner short to Asamoah, before being given the ball back. The goalscorer whips in a delicious ball, which Tevez diverts into the top right hand corner with his head, but the linesman's flag is raised for offside! So unfortunate, that was a great goal!
Llorente is receiving some instructions and readying himself on the sidelines, as Conte looks towards making his first substitution of the evening. It's likely to be Vucinic, given the good understanding between Tevez and the former Bilbao striker.
Good win from Chiellini! The Italy international rises brilliantly to head away a cross from Bedimo, earning the applause of the home fans. Lacazette manages to wriggle away from the physical challenge of Bonucci, but the Frenchman's end product is awful! He skews a long-range effort high and wide.
The start to the second half has been all Juve, with Conte's men looking assured and focused. Though it's not quite clicking offensively for the Bianconeri, there is a feeling that a chance will arrive with dominance. Lyon are resilient, but are falling into the trap of dropping a little too deep.
VIDAL! The Chile international is played in behind Lyon's defensive line excellently, by a long ball from Chiellini. He controls the pass on his chest, before the midfielder is bustled out of the way by Mvuemba, allowing for Anthony Lopes to claim the loose ball.
ASAMOAH! The left wing-back is on hand offensively again, mustering up a powerful long-range effort which is straight down the throat of the Lyon goalkeeper. It's easy for the shot-stopper, but a positive sign for Juve nonetheless.
WHAT A CHANCE! Asamoah beats Tolisso, getting to the byeline, before firing a devilish cross the length of the six-yard box! Umtiti slides in riskily, getting the faintest of touches, which deflects the ball narrowly past Tevez's waiting boot!
OFFSIDE! Isla is played in behind, receiving possession on the penalty spot, before sidestepping the challenge of the onrushing Anthony Lopes, who brings the Chilean down. The Portuguese goalkeeper is very relieved to see the linesman's flag raised, otherwise he would've been off! Good build up play from Tevez and Vucinic.
Tevez almost manages to wriggle through on goal, but is stopped in his tracks by a physical challenge from Umtiti. Vucinic nearly managed to play his strike-partner in behind, but the young Lyon defender remained alert to frustrate the hosts once again.
Juventus have started the second half fairly brightly, but the final ball still isn't forthcoming for the home side. Pirlo is managing to find more space, but his passes have been oddly inaccurate, with Tevez and Vucinic still lacking the ammunition they require.
TEVEZ! Good interception from Kone! Marchisio picks up the ball deep in the Lyon half, before driving down the right hand side. He whips a cross in towards the Argentina international but Kone is on hand to hook the ball clear.
Yellow CardLeonardo Bonucci
We are back underway in the second half, with an early goal for Lyon having the potential to really set the cat amongst the pigeons here in Turin tonight! Juventus have the individual quality to create something out of nothing, but Lyon have remained resilient and a danger on the break.
Be sure to rejoin us in ten minutes time, as the second half is still all to play for, with both teams able to realistically progress into the semi-final stages. Lyon have plenty of offensive options, while Conte might call upon Llorente, the scorer of two goals at the weekend versus Livorno.
Anxiety has crept in for the hosts, as the home fans begin to get a bit restless due to the lack of cutting edge and invention from their side. Vucinic and Tevez haven't seen plenty of the ball, with the only clear cut chance for the hosts coming from a long-range effort by the Argentine. Buffon has been the busier of the two keepers in terms of making testing saves.
HALF TIME! The first half ends rather cagily, with both sides heading into the interval a goal apiece. Goals from Pirlo and Briand mean that Juve still have the aggregate lead, but another goal from the visitors would see the Ligue 1 outfit progress due to the away goals rule.
Tevez goes down in the area under the challenge of Umtiti, but nobody is convinced by the fall of the Argentine. The move stemmed from excellent work around the edge of the box by Marchisio, displaying good close control in the form of a Cruyff turn and a sidestep.
Juventus are happy to keep the ball and run down the clock as the break approaches, but Lyon aren't in any hurry to press them. Another attempted through ball from Pirlo is far too heavy for Tevez to chase, giving Anthony Lopes a routine ball to collect once again.
Vucinic attempts to pick out Tevez deep in the visiting penalty area, but Tolisso is on hand to make an important headed intervention. Juventus continue to struggle offensively, as a long-ball from Bonucci is caught by the alert Anthony Lopes.
Five minutes remaining until both managers have 15 minutes to re-brief their players, with Garde presumably being the happier of the two at the moment. Despite being behind an aggregate, there is definitely more belief, urgency and offensive vibrancy from Lyon.
Vucinic complains yet again about rough treatment from Kone, but the referee isn't interested. There appeared to be a clear shove and a flailing foot into the leg from the Burkina Faso international, but he's able to get away with continued tenacity. Mvuemba is then scythed down by a poorly timed Vidal tackle.
Ten minutes until the half-time break and there is near-tangible anxiety in the stadium, as the hosts continue to labour. It wouldn't be surprising to see a change at the interval for Juve, who just aren't penetrating a resilient Lyon outfit with regularity. Pirlo tries to feed Tevez with a clever clipped ball, but Kone heads clear.
ISLA! Great ball from Tevez! The Argentine striker does brilliantly to slot Isla in behind Bedimo, but the former Udinese man can't quite get his first touch right. He works his way to the byeline, before cutting back a cross, but Lopes is able to race off his line and catch the ball athletically.
Lyon's fans continue to urge their side on, despite Juve settling back down into some sort of rhythm. The hosts are permitted to hold onto possession in their own half and in wide areas, but Lyon are remaining compact around the box, making it hard for Conte's men to feed Tevez and Vucinic.
Half an hour has passed, with Lyon continuing to grow in belief. The home fans are starting to get a bit negative and restless, as a few long-range passes are misplaced in quick succession. Despite the aggregate scoreline, Lyon have the upper hand at the moment.
GONALONS! The defensive midfielder is fed the ball at the edge of the penalty area, following a lovely dummy from Mvuemba, and strikes it fiercely first time! It arrows towards the near post, with Buffon well-positioned to beat it away from danger!
Vucinic still remains fairly anonymous, as Juventus struggle to assert the dominance of the opening five minutes. Pressing in midfield from Lyon is forcing a few rash decisions and passes, with Tevez still unable to carve out a clear-cut chance for himself, as he looks to end his 5-year European goal drought.
ASAMOAH! Disappointing strike from the wing-back! The Ghana international finds himself in a central area, in a pocket of space. Taking one touch, he attempts to rocket a right-footed effort toward goal, but cannons the ball straight into a ruck of red shirts.
There's a brief break in play, as Bedimo goes down for the away side, appearing to hurt himself after shoving Tevez to the ground. The left-back slowly makes his way off the field, but should be fine to continue.
The away side aren't managing to sustain any sort of pressure, relying on quick breaks forward to test the Old Lady. Tevez and Vucinic have been quite quiet, with no real support for the strikeforce. The more physical and imposing figure of Llorente could be better suited to deal with the powerhouses of Kone and Umtiti.
Twenty minutes have passed, with a composed Juventus start to the game now being challenged by a French resurgence. Briand's goal isn't entirely deserved and certainly didn't display the same technical ability as Pirlo's free-kick opener, but Garde's side are now in with a fighting chance.
The complexion of the this game has totally changed, with the travelling supporters now believing that their side can get back into this tie! Briand's header appeared to trickle over the line incredibly slowly, with Les Gones' players only half-believing that they'd managed to score in this intimidating stadium!
GOOOOOOAL! BRIAND EQUALISES TO GIVE LYON SOME HOPE! The forward has been quiet, but has nodded home his side's first goal, directing a back post header in off the post! Buffon should perhaps do a little better, but Lyon won't care!
Ferri tries to keep pace with Asamoah, but is adjudged to bring down the Ghanaian wing-back unfairly, sending his man sprawling on the turf. Lyon's midfield is suddenly looking a bit more vibrant, with Gonalons and Ferri spraying out a few incisive passes to encourage a visiting counter-attack.
Poor effort from Briand! The Lyon forward is given possession after a brilliant run forward by the tireless Malbranque, but can't wrap his foot around his attempted half-volley on the turn! Lyon are creeping back into the game, but only Malbranque looks to be a particularly bright spark.
MALBRANQUE! Good attempt by the experienced midfielder, but Bonucci tracks his man all of the way, before making an important block. It's stopped by the Italy international's hand, with Garde going ballistic in his technical area. The rebound is fired across goal by Tolisso, with nobody at the back post to turn it home.
TEVEZ! The Argentina international manages to pick up a bouncing pass from Vidal, before attempting to ambitiously volley the loose ball towards goal with his first touch! Kone gets across well to deflect behind for a corner, which is cleared easily by the visitors.
But for that brief foray forward through Malbranque, Garde's men continue to sit very deep. They're aware of their task tonight, but there's a real threat that they could be out of this tie as a contest if they don't batten down the hatches and weather the early Old Lady storm.
Good tracking back from Vidal! Briand feeds Malbranque before the former Fulham man tries to flick a pass around the corner to Lacazette, but the recovering Chilean is on hand to make the interception. Juve continue to look calm and assured.
Malbranque is yet again trying to sit on Pirlo, but it merely gives Bonucci far more license to get forward. The central defender gives possession into Tevez, who bounces a pass back to Marchisio, but the Italian's strike is well blocked.
It's been all Juve in the opening stages, with Asamoah having the beating of Tolisso thus far. The Ghanaian wing-back skips around the 19-year-old once again, but his right-footed strike is blocked well by Ferri. Lyon are dropping deep and look shaky.
Now Lyon need two goals to progress, which would also see the French side go through on the away goals rule. That was a wonderful free-kick yet again from Pirlo, his fifth of the season. Like a fine wine, the midfielder is maturing with age and you can't give him an inch around the penalty area!
GOOOOOOAL PIRLO! Another driving run from Tevez, before the Juve striker is brought down by the recovering Tolisso. Juve win a free-kick on the edge of the penalty area and this is certainly Andrea Pirlo territory! HE CURLS IT IN! What a gorgeous free-kick, this man is a god among men!
TEVEZ! WHAT AN EFFORT! The Argentine is once again a man on a mission! He cuts inside from the left hand side, before shifting the ball onto his strong right foot. The former Man United forward unleashes a dipping efforts towards goal from 20 yards, which grazes the bar!
Half chance from the off for Juve, forcing Kone into a last ditch challenge to deny the overlapping Isla. The hosts will be keen to grab an early goal, which would essentially kill off the tie as a contest. A clean sheet really is vital for Lyon tonight. Bonucci goes down early on with an ankle complaint. Ogbonna is available as a replacement.
We are underway in the first half! Lyon have it all to do, but they can't be ruled out, after pushing Juventus to their limit in the reverse fixture. They've got plenty of injuries to contend with, but with Briand, Lacazette and Gomis fit, Garde's men might just be able to find the minimum two goals required to quality for the semi-final!
Kick-off is in merely ten minutes time, so be sure to stick with us for all of the action, as Lyon attempt to cause an upset and prevent Juventus' progress towards a Europa League final - which would see the Old Lady contest the trophy inside their home stadium. Though many Bianconeri would prefer to see the Turin giants battling in the Champions League, with Serie A success nearly achieved for another season, this competition has certainly taken on some importance.
With the away side needing to net at least twice to progress, it is no surprise to see Garde retain his formation from the home leg, with Lacazette and Briand required to chase the tie. Gomis is available on the bench too, giving the visitors plenty of firepower to try and sneak into the next round of the competition. Whether they can prevent Juventus from scoring in their own stadium, however, is another matter altogether.
Carlos Tevez is still looking for his first European goal since 2009, as the Argentine attempts to force himself into the national team picture before the World Cup. Conte's decision to leave out Fernando Llorente, who has linked up with Tevez brilliantly at times this season, puts plenty of pressure on the former Bilbao man's replacement, Mirko Vucinic.
Lyon substitutes: Vercoutre, Zeffane, Bisevac, Gomis, Danic, N'Jie, Fekir.
Lyon starting line-up: Lopes; Tolisso, Kone, Umtiti, Bedimo; Gonalons, Ferri; Mvuemba, Malbranque; Briand, Lacazette.
Juventus substitutes: Ogbonna, Pogba, Giovinco, Llorente, Osvaldo, Lichtsteiner, Storari.
Juventus starting line-up: Buffon; Caceres, Bonucci, Chiellini; Isla, Vidal, Pirlo, Marchisio, Asamoah; Vucinic, Tevez.
TEAM NEWS: Remi Garde keeps the faith in the starting line-up who fought valiantly in the first leg, partly down to the many injuries which Les Gones are currently suffering from. Mouhamadou Dabo, Gueida Fofana, Clement Grenier, Miguel Lopes and Yoann Gourcuff remain unavailable, but the Ligue 1 outfit showed that they could compete with the reigning Serie A champions in the reverse fixture. Milan Bisevac returns to the bench.
TEAM NEWS: The home side rotate somewhat from the first leg, with Claudio Marchisio continuing in central midfield in the place of Frenchman Paul Pogba. Artuto Vidal starts after serving his suspension in the first leg, with Mirko Vucinic displacing Fernando Llorente at the head of the attack, despite the Spaniard netting twice versus Livorno at the weekend. Angelo Ogbonna is fit enough to return to the bench for the hosts, though Andrea Barzagli remains injured, giving Martin Caceres an extended run in the side.
I'm Simon Harrison and I will be keeping you fully informed with all of the action from Juventus Stadium, where Lyon will look to overturn a first leg defeat to progress into the semi-final stages. Juve have never lost at home against French sides in European competition, making the statistics hard reading for fans of tonight's visitors. As the only manager remaining in the competition to have won a UEFA Cup as a player, Conte will be hoping to inspire his players to victory once more this evening
Hello and welcome to live coverage of Lyon's tough Europa League visit to Turin, to face Antonio Conte's Juventus - who hold a 1-0 aggregrate lead following Leonardo Bonucci's first leg winner. To progress, the away side must win by a clear goal tonight but it certainly won't be easy. The Old Lady have won four of their last five matches, without losing a home game throughout the current campaign, putting the pressure on Les Gones to perform.
