Juventus will look to end their season with a win when they travel to face Sampdoria next weekend whilst Cagliari face Lazio. Thanks for joining me, Max Bentley, on this Goal.com live commentary. Make sure to check out the match report, player ratings and reaction. Until next time, goodbye!
FULL TIME: Juventus 1-1 Cagliari. Mirko Vucinic's poached effort on 61 minutes gives the Bianconeri a point after Victor Ibarbo's spectacular solo effort gave the Sardinians a first-half lead. In truth, Ivo Pulga's side were good value for a point and they prevent Juventus from extending their winning streak to ten Serie A matches and also from eclipsing the points tally of 91 set by Fabio Capello's side in 2006. It finishes all square in Turin.
90' + 3'
Juventus have a chance to win it when Vucinic collects Vidal's pass on the edge of the box but the Montenegrin curls an effort narrowly over the crossbar.
90' + 2'
Albin Ekdal looks to haunt his former club when he finds space outside the area but the Swedish midfielder blasts his effort high over the bar.
90' + 1'
Yellow Card Giorgio Chiellini
90' + 1'
Giorgio Chiellini becomes the first Juventus player to be cautioned when he is booked for diving. That means he will be suspended for the end-of-season clash against Sampdoria next weekend.
Giaccherini has been lively in this second half and the Italian midfielder picks out Vucinic with his cross into in the middle but the Montenegrin's header glances just wide.
If Juventus don't find a winner in the final minutes, they will not be able to surpass their record points total of 91, set by Fabio Capello's side in 2006.
Juventus nearly snatch a winner when Marchisio looks to latch onto Vidal's cute lofted pass but the midfielder is shrugged off by Dessena and Agazzi claims.
Martin Caceres is showing his warrior side by having his forehead completely strapped up with a bandage. Under five minutes remaining for either side to find a winner.
Cossu whips in the set-piece but it is headed over the top by Pinilla. There is a stoppage in play as Rossettini and Caceres have suffered a nasty clash of heads.
Victor Ibarbo has caused Juventus real problems with his pace and trickery this afternoon and wins a freekick in a promising position when he is felled by Isla. Can the Sardinians snatch it?
Nainggolan opts for the spectacular when he seizes on a loose ball a long way out from goal and his ambitious strike flies high into the stands.
Daniele Conti has been a fantastic shield in front of the Cagliari defence and the Rossoblu captain produces another crucial interception to deny Vucinic from advancing on goal.
ISLA GOES CLOSE! The Chilean nearly puts the home side in the lead when he collects Vidal's pass on the edge of the area and sends a fizzing drive narrowly over the crossbar.
Quagliarella looks to chip a pass over the Cagliari defence for Vucinic but overhits his effort and Agazzi claims. Just under 15 minutes remaining for either side to find a winner.
The Chilean attempts to run off the injury and it seems that he should be able to continue.
Juventus have a problem here as Vidal goes down clutching his calf. Conte has already made all of his available substitutions.
Quagliarella almost makes a immediate contribution when he races across his marker to the front post to meet Isla's low cross, but the Italian's shot is deflected over the top for a corner.
Alessandro Matri does not score against his former club this time as he is replaced by Fabio Quagliarella.
Vucinic has caused Cagliari problems since his introduction and the Montenegrin spreads the play out to the right for Isla whose shot is well charged down by Del Fabro.
Almost a bizarre goal for Juventus when Isla dips past his marker and sends a cross into the box which ricochets off the shoulder of Marchisio and shades past the post.
Cagliari are not giving up hopes of three points however and Bonucci produces a crucial interception to prevent Ibarbo from converting Pinilla's cross.
Giaccherini is causing real problems down the left and the Italian midfielder stands a wonderful cross towards the back post which is diverted just wide by Vucinic. Juventus pushing for a winner here.
Radja Nainggolan looks to restore Cagliari's lead when he finds space outside the box, but the Belgian's strike flashes narrowly wide of the target.
Juventus nearly snatch a second when Giaccherini races to the byline but his cross is just too high for Vidal and the ball runs to safety.
Assist Arturo Vidal
Goal Mirko Vučinić
MIRKO VUCINIC EQUALISES! The Montenegrin notches his 10th league goal of the season when he pokes the ball home from close range after Vidal had cleverly headed Marchisio's delivery across the face of goal. 1-1!
Just over an hour played and Juventus have not found the formula to break through this Cagliari rearguard. Vucinic collects a pass from Isla on the edge of the box before blazing an effort high and wide of the target.
Agazzi continues to frustrate the Bianconeri as he makes another fine stop to prevent Matri's fierce drive at his near post.
This time Juventus attack down the right wing but Isla's cross is disappointingly deflected straight into the gloves of Agazzi.
GOOD SAVE FROM AGAZZI! The Cagliari goalkeeper keeps his clean sheet intact when he produces a fine fingertipped save to deny Giaccherini's low drive. Giaccherini has seen plenty of the ball in these early moments of the second half.
Both Cagliari wing-backs seem to have picked up injuries and Ivo Pulga is forced into a double change, replacing Gabriele Perico and Nicola Murru with Andrea Cossu and Dario Del Fabro.
Dario Del Fabro
Vidal picks out the run of Giaccherini on the left but the midfielder snatches at his shot and it slices well wide of the target.
Antonio Conte is clearly not satisfied with what he has seen at the beginning of the second half and he responds by replacing Sebastian Giovinco with Mirko Vucinic.
Juventus threaten when Giaccherini finds space down the left wing but the Italian midfielder is well marshalled by Murru and the visitors manage to avert the danger.
Slow start to the second half but Cagliari are showing no signs of relent as Pinilla forces an early corner. Matri clears the initial delivery before Conti blasts an effort high over the crossbar.
Juventus get the second half underway. Can they overturn the one-goal deficit?
What did you make of that first half? Can Cagliari inflict only a fifth league defeat of the season on Juventus or will Antonio Conte's side bounce back in the second half? Let me know your thoughts and predictions via Twitter @MaxBentley1.
HALF TIME: Juventus 0-1 Cagliari. The home side in unfamiliar territory as they trail at home at the interval for the first time this season thanks to Victor Ibarbo's wonderful solo effort on 13 minutes. Ivo Pulga's side have been good value for their lead and look to be on course to spoil Juventus' Scudetto celebrations. Sebastian Giovinco came closest to equalising when he saw his wonderful freekick bounce down off the underside of the crossbar but it is the Sardinians who lead at the break.
Cagliari nearly double their lead when Ekdal releases Dessena down the right and the midfielder's cross is volleyed towards goal by Pinilla, drawing a wonderful point-blank save from Storari. However, it would not have counted as the linesman's flag was raised. Warning signs for the hosts.
Leonardo Bonucci opts to stride forward from defence and with Cagliari players backing off the centre-half unleashes a strike but drags his effort straight into the frame of Giovinco.
Giaccherini produces a superb piece of skill to jink past Perico down the left and the midfielder's fizzed cross to the back post is volleyed narrowly over the top by Vidal.
Juventus are getting closer and Matri releases Giovinco on the left side of the box and the striker's low cross takes a crucial flick off of Murru to prevent Vidal from converting from close range.
Juventus continue to pour forward and Matri controls Giaccherini's pass on his chest 30 yards from goal before sending a looping volley high over the crossbar.
The Bianconeri are slowly beginning to make their impression on this game now and Astori needs to be alert to prevent Matri from meeting Giaccherini's cross. Can they find the equaliser before the break?
GIOVINCO HITS THE CROSSBAR! The Juventus striker is so unfortunate to watch his beautifully-struck free kick bounce down off the underside of the crossbar and Vidal can only acrobatically kick the rebound over the bar.
Yellow Card Nicola Murru
Nicola Murru picks up the first caution of the match after bringing down Vidal. Good free kick opportunity for Juventus here with Giovinco poised to strike.
Chance for Juventus when Giaccherini cuts the ball back for Marchisio on the edge of the area but the midfielder's drive lacks conviction and Agazzi makes a comfortable save.
Matri nearly comes back to haunt his former employers again when the ball drops kindly for him inside the box, but the 28-year-old's shot is well charged down by Rossettini and Cagliari clear.
Juventus are screaming for a penalty when Giovinco goes down under a challenge from Astori but the referee deems that the defender made contact with the ball and waves play on.
Giovinco could well be playing for his Juventus future this afternoon and the 26-year-old has struggled to make an impression so far. Will he be offloaded in the summer transfer window?
Cagliari are showing no signs of fear or respect to Juventus here and they threaten again when Pinilla comes forward with the ball and curls an effort inches over the crossbar.
Juventus manage to half-clear from the corner and Nainggolan looks for his second goal of the season when he lets fly from the edge of the box but witnesses his snapshot drift wide of the target.
Cagliari are enjoying a lot of freedom down the right wing and they win another corner when Dessena gets free of Giaccherini who is struggling to get back.
Juventus safely head clear from the resulting set-piece. Cagliari are looking good value for their 1-0 lead here as Juventus have yet to get out of first gear.
Radja Nainggolan shows his skill when he marauds down the left flank and the Belgian midfielder's cross is skewed behind by Chiellini for a corner.
Juventus have a good opportunity when Matri runs at the Cagliari defence but the former-Rossoblu star cannot pick out the run of Giovinco and Rossettini intercepts.
Giaccherini is starting to find space down the left-hand side and he sees his first effort well blocked by Perico before slicing the rebound wide of Agazzi's right-hand post.
The Bianconeri look to respond immediately when Giovinco picks out Giaccherini down the left, but the Italian's teasing low cross is well blocked by Perico.
Juventus are forced into an early change here as Andrea Barzagli cannot continue and is replaced by Martin Caceres.
Assist Luca Rossettini
Goal Víctor Ibarbo
CAGLIARI TAKE THE LEAD! It's a fantastic solo effort from Ibarbo as he picks the ball up on the edge of his own box from a Juventus corner and with no support, the Colombian drives the length of the field, bustling his way past Marchisio and Barzagli before sliding the ball under Storari. 1-0 to the Sardinians.
GREAT SAVE FROM AGAZZI! The Cagliari goalkeeper is called into action when he produces a wonderful fingertipped save to deny Vidal's stinging drive from distance.
Good chance for Juventus when Giovinco receives the ball on the right corner of the box but the diminuitive striker cannot get the ball out of his feet and fails to pick out Marchisio in the middle.
Ibarbo shows good pace to get free of Vidal down the left but the Colombian slices his shot well wide of the target.
Cagliari threaten for the first time when Ibarbo lofts a cross towards the back post but there is no red shirt to meet Pinilla's hooked volley across goal.
Arturo Vidal clips a neat ball out to his international colleague Isla down the right-hand side but the wing-back cannot get his cross into the box and Astori makes an important interception.
Alessandro Matri scored 38 goals in 131 appearances for the Rossoblu before his €15.5 million transfer to Juventus in 2011. The 28-year-old notched two goals in the 3-1 victory over Cagliari earlier in the season. Can he replicate that feat and heap more misery on Ivo Pulga's side this afternoon?
Emanuele Giaccherini looks to break the deadlock early on when he chips a ball through for Sebastian Giovinco to chase, but Luca Rossettini gets across quickly to make the interception.
Cagliari get the ball rolling. Can they end Juventus' five-match streak without conceding? Let's find out...
A presentation for Arturo Vidal is taking place on the field. The Chilean midfielder is being awarded the trophy for Juventus' player of the season. A worthy winner in my opinion.
A lovely gesture as the Juventus players emerge onto the field with their sons and daughters. Captains Giorgio Chiellini and Daniele Conti exchange handshakes in the centre-circle.
A party atmosphere at the Juventus Stadium as the home support await the final home match of the season. In 90 minutes time, they will see their side lift the Scudetto shield again.
Today's showdown will be the 66th time that the two sides have met in Serie A. Juventus have won on 30 occasions, losing 11 matches and drawing 24 times. Who will claim the three points this afternoon? Let me know your predictions via Twitter @MaxBentley1. Kick-off is only five minutes away.
Ivo Pulga makes three changes to the side which were defeated 1-0 by Parma. Mauricio Pinilla returns to the starting XI after his initial three-game ban was reduced to two matches and partners Victor Ibarbo up front. Davide Astori returns to the heart of defence in place of Lorenzo Ariaudo whilst former-Juventus midfielder Albin Ekdal is preferred to Nene.
Antonio Conte welcomes Leonardo Bonucci, Arturo Vidal and Claudio Marchisio back into the starting lineup after the trio were rested for the 1-0 midweek victory over Atalanta. Andrea Barzagli also returns to the side after serving a one-match suspension whilst Marco Storari once again takes his place between the sticks. Former-Cagliari striker Alessandro Matri starts against his former club and is partnered by Sebastian Giovinco. Paul Pogba and Andrea Pirlo miss out through suspension whilst Kwadwo Asamoah is ruled out through injury.
CAGLIARI (3-5-2): Agazzi; Perico, Rossettini, Astori; Murru, Dessena, Conti, Ekdal, Nainggolan; Pinilla, Ibarbo.
JUVENTUS (3-5-2): Storari; Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini; Isla, Vidal, Marrone, Marchisio, Giaccherini; Giovinco, Matri.
Without any further ado, here are tonight's lineups...
The omens do not look good for Ivo Pulga's side however as Juventus are currently on a nine-game winning streak in Serie A and have not conceded in their last five. Cagliari have only managed to score in three of their last eight league matches.
With the league title already wrapped up, Juventus are still in the hunt for victories as they seek to beat their record points tally for a Serie A campaign. If the Old Lady can win their remaining two league fixtures, they will beat the tally of 91 points set by Fabio Capello's side in 2006. Standing in their way today are a stuttering Cagliari outfit who have failed to win in their last four matches. Can they spring a surprise this afternoon? Bringing you all the action from the Juventus Stadium, my name is Max Bentley. Feel free to let me know your thoughts and predictions on the game via Twitter @MaxBentley1.
