  • The national anthems have been played, the jerk chicken is cooking and the Red Stripes are on ice. it's game time here at National Stadium.
  • The lineup are being announced to the crowd as the teams reenter the pitch.
  • The USA fans have arrived as they take up a small corner near Jamaica's bench. They started chanting 'U.S.A.' as they took their seats.
  • With 15 minutes before kickoff, the temperature is probably somewhere around 80 degrees with a slight breeze. It rained late in the afternoon but the pitch appears to be in a decent condition.
  • USA team official says captain Carlos Bocanegra is healthy despite being held out of Jurgen Klinsmann's lineup. The defender had been playing in Scotland's third division before moving to Racing Santander in Spain's second division.
