Could have done nothing to prevent the opening goal but gifted Parma a half time lead when he horribly fumbled a simple cross into the box, allowing Parolo to score. Confidence looked shaken thereafter and didn't inspire solidity between the sticks for the rest of the match.
Was Inter's most productive player in the first period and always posed a danger galloping down that right wing. Set up the Inter's opener with a cross from the byline and gave Gobbi real problems with his overlapping runs.
Was raggedly pulled out of position a few times as he looked to man mark Cassano about the pitch. Came off second best a few times but didn't allow the former Inter man too much room to maneuver and cause problems.
Naive positioning allowed Sansone to drift in unopposed to open the scoring for Parma. Partly made up for it though towards the end of the first half when he diverted Acquah's strike away from goal from on the line, and made some great interceptions on shots towards goal.
Typically burst out of defense with a few runs through the middle of the park to spring Inter attacks. Tackling was hard but fair as he continually won the ball back as Parma looked to counterattack. Made a few important blocks.
Didn't show a lot of ambition down the left wing and seemed pretty content to stay back as an extra man in midfield when Inter were attacking, which resulted in a lack of width on his side. Passing was comfortable and on the mark, without being particularly penetrating.
Failed to maintain his high performance level from the previous match against Sampdoria. Didn't display any trickery in and around the penalty area to make some room for himself. Did make some decent late runs into the box but failed to convert any of the passes he received.
Linked up well with Jonathan down the right and hit the byline a few times to dig out some excellent crosses. Powerfully drifted by challenges throughout the match and got on the scoresheet in the first half with a deflected strike from the edge of the area.
Passing was all over the place at times in the first half as he broke down a few Inter attacks with lackadaisical passing out to the wings. Recovered after the break though and began to pull the strings from his deep midfield position.
Was very hot and cold in his passing throughout the match as some of his balls to teammates were played too relaxed. However, still had class in his locker to thread lovely passes through and looked a danger when running towards goal.
Was not provided a lot of ammunition to get away shots on goal but made the most of scrappy balls inside the box. Equalized for Inter in the first half with a predatory goal from close range and put them ahead 10 minutes after the break with a powerful header at the front post. Chased everything down.
Could not have done a lot to prevent any of the Inter goals and was let down by his defense at times. Saved a point for his team in the last minute with a superb save to deny Cambiasso.
Was woefully left out of position a few times and was bailed out by lenience from the referee on a few occasions. Struggled to deal with Palacio and allowed himself to be bullied off the ball.
Had his hands full with the onrushing Jonathan and the drifting Guarin. Allowed the Brazilian too much space at times but ultimately held his own and got some good blocks in.
Didn't have too much to deal with defensively as Zanetti did not power forward on the overlap. Kept Alvarez at bay and didn't allow him too much space, and showed attacking ambition himself to burst down the right to get crosses in.
Proved to be a real danger in attacking areas as he threatened the Inter goal with a number of headers from set pieces. Defended bravely and got in some important challenges.
Would have been forgiven for being slightly weary at going into hard challenges as he was booked early doors, but kept at it and battled hard in the center of the park. Pounced on Handanovic's mistake to stab home from a yard.
Typically hunted and harried the Inter players looking for possession but his match only lasted 17 minutes as he had to be withdrawn because of injury.
Set up the opening goal of the match as he made a penetrating run forward before sliding a pass through for Sansone to score. Drifted in and out of the match thereafter.
Showed glimpses of what he can do as his touch in the final third was generally impressive. However, didn't pose much of a threat towards the Inter goal and didn't look interested at points.
Was pretty poor for the first hour as he regularly lost the ball and didn't bother fighting to win it back. However, came alive in the last 15 minutes and proved to be a threat with his pace and shooting ability.
Latched on to Marchionni's through pass to whip a strike into the bottom corner to open the scoring. Grabbed his second with a late run into the box to score and generally looked classy on the ball.
