GOAL!! Hannover 0-3 Dortmund - And REUS has his goal! From the restart,he latches onto a through ball, rounds the goalkeeper and tucks it into the corner.
REUS! That was a good chance to make it 3-0. Lovely cross in from Schieber, who holds off his marker. Picks out Reus who is in the six yard box, but lobs it over the bar.
Oh, Grosskreutz! Substitute Schieber starts a fine move, picking out Reuns on the left. Low cross in, and it goes behind Schieber towards Grosskreutz, unmarked outside the box. He fires over.
SUBSTITUTION - Dortmund: Final change from BVB. Julian Schieber replaces Robert Lewandowski.
Substitute Didier Ya Konan attempts to make progress on the left, as he is tracked by Kirch, but Dortmund get the ball away. Eventually, Bittencourt gets a tame shot away, but saved by the goalkeeper.
Schiemedebach finds Pocognoli arriving on the left. Low cross in for Prib to attempt to get a shot on, but it is blocked by Kehl as Dortmund attempt to counter, though they themselves are thwarted by the offside call.
Bittencourt's attempts to halve the deficit seem futile after a rushed move from Stindl fails to find his attacking patner. Dortmund have fared well defensively since the first half.
Lewandowski sets Grosskreutz down the left, and the latter picks out Durm arriving on the overlap. The two left-sided players have featured well, combining efficiently over the course of the game.
Huszti with the delivery from a corner. Drifted in towards the back post, headed away by Hummels, and Reus races forward. But the substitute's long range pass for Lewandowski is poor.
STINDL!! Over the bar. The frustration grows for Hannover, as the captain strikes a long range shot from distance. Unfortunately, it is fired well over.
Yellow Card Mats Hummels
The hosts haven't really recovered from their malaise, with Dortmund taking up full control of the game. Mkhitaryan drives forward, picking out Piszczek on the right, but he cannot conjure up a decent delivery.
Poor from Schulz, who gives the ball away with ease, as Durm latches onto the rebound and sends a stinging effort flying just over the bar.
Well, the ball is in the net, but it is ruled offside. Piszczek makes a galloping run down the right, and links well with Lewandowski, who is offside. That doesn't stop his Polish compatriot from flicking into the empty net.
SUBSTITUTION - Dortmund: Quick second change from Klopp as Marco Reus, who scored the winner between the two sides earlier this season, replaces Jonas Hofmann.
Cross in from the left by Huszti, as he aims for Prib in the middle, but it is an easy take for Weidenfeller.
SUBSTITUTION - Dortmund: Nuri Sahin is the man replaced, as captain Kehl makes his way onto the field of play.
Dortmund readying their first substitute of the game. Sebastien Kehl finishes his warm up.
Dortmund showboating now. Delivered in deep from Hofmann, before it finds Grosskreutz who cuts back for Lewandowski. Sly backheel from the Polish international, but it is well blocked.
Mkhitaryan brings the ball forward, linking with Grosskreutz on the right, before the winger opts to consolidate possession and play the ball backwards. Just past the hour mark at the HDI Arena.
SUBSTITUTION - Hannover: Salif Sane is replaced by Didier Ya Konan
Didier Ya Konan
Dortmund have tightened their stranglehold on this fixture. Hannover have been brushed aside in the last few moments. Mkhitaryan with a lovely run forward, attempts to dink the ball over for Lewandowski, but the ball rolls out for a goal-kick.
Bundesliga flash: Schalke are 1-0 up against Braunschweig, and coupled with Dortmund's lead here in Hannover, it means Bayern cannot pick up the title today. Nevertheless, they are drawing 0-0 at Mainz.
That goal has put a smile on Klopp's face, as the Dortmund boss races out of the technical area with a shake of the fist. Hannover had been threatening, but punished on the counter attack.
Goal Robert Lewandowski
GOAL! Hannover 0-2 Dortmund - LEWANDOWSKI! What a goal! Stunning finish from the Pole. He comes in off the left, dribbling past three defenders, before moving into the central position of the box and firing a beauty of a strike past Zieler. 2-0.
Hannover now with a couple of fine passes. Bittencourt becoming much more of a threat, linking superbly with Huszti, but Sokratis provides a fine interception. Durm gives away the ball again, but Hannover cannot capitalise.
PENALTY? NO! Referee Perl waves play on despite a dubious handball, and Hannover break through Bittencourt, who feeds Sakai on the right. He returns the favour, but the ball rolls out.
Dortmund have started this second period much stronger, running down a back pass towards Zieler with much effort. The goalkeeper clears, nonetheless.
Underway in the second half at the HDI Arena. Dortmund are 1-0 up thanks to Hummels' 44th minute goal.
HT: H96 0-1 BVB - Hummels' goal on the brink of half-time separates the two sides, in what had been an average first half from the Champions League quarter-finalists. Hannover had hit the post through Stindl, can they recover in the second half?
HALF-TIME: Hannover 0-1 Dortmund.
Assist Sokratis Papastathopoulos
Goal Mats Hummels
GOAL! Hannover 0-1 Dortmund - HUMMELS! First real chance, and first goal for the visitors! Delivery from Jonas Hofmann in off the wing is helped on by Sokratis, and Hummels is in the perfect position to poke it past Zieler.
Dortmund now turning on the style. Jonas Hofmann dribbles past Sakai with ease, attempting to get to the by-line, but the returning Japanese right-back intervenes.
Grosskreutz once more gaining entry into the Hannover box. Attempts to pick out Lewandowski, who is arriving in the penalty box, but cleared by Schulz.
About five minutes to go until half-time, and Dortmund have by no means impressed in what has been a lethargic first half from them so far. Durm picks out Grosskreutz with a pacy through ball, but intercepted by Hoffman once more.
HOFFMAN! (The Hannover defender that is!). Free-kick delivered right into the danger zone. Hoffman attempts to fire it into the back of the net, but denied by a wonderful interception at the last by the Dortmund defender. Corner.
Stindl on the far side, attempting to dribble away past Durtm, but it's rolled out for a throw-in. One-two with Sakai from the resumption of play, towards Sane. Schiemedebach now, as Hannover stretch the play. Foul given after a rash challenge from Piszczek.
Yellow Card Hiroki Sakai
HUMMELS! Offside. Free-kick delivered in deep, headed on by Lewandowski with Hummels lurking in the six yard box. He fires wide anyway, but albeit, in an offside position.
YELLOW CARD - Sakai: The Hannover winger is booked for a blatant handball, intercepting a pass towards Durm on the left. Free-kick Dortmund.
Hannover again beginning to threaten as Pocognoli comes down the left-wing. Combines well with Sane, who finds Stindl. Sakai then races down the right side, but a poor pass scuppers the move.
STINDL! Lovely shot, and Hannover are denied by a good save from Weidenfeller! Great ball to find the Hannover captain, inside the six yard box, but at an acute angle. Slams it with his right foot, and Weidenfeller forced to turn behind.
Lewandowski's been awfully quiet so far this afternoon. A long ball forward from Nuri Sahin seems to have set him up, but he cannot bring it down in time. And Hannover break....
Free-kick awarded to Hannover, Sane was upended by Mkhitaryan who is incredulous at the decision. No booking nonetheless.
Lovely switch play from Hannover as Bittencourt gets onto the ball. Drives forward, towards the right side of the field, but unable to evade Kirch's advances.
Klopp's side haven't really got going yet. Hannover have spurned the best chance, hitting the post moments ago, but they really are keeping Dortmund at arm's length at the moment.
Hummels brings the ball forward, towards Kirch, who picks out Grosskreutz once more. Hoffman makes a good interception to deny Dortmund progress.
Comes to nothing. Whipped in fiercely by Huszti, but it's curled too far for Sane to recover well. Dealt with ease by Erik Durm.
Klopp's men lucky not to have gone behind. Woeful defending from the visitors, but Sane couldn't get onto the rebound. Hannover have another free-kick here, on the left.
OFF THE POST!! Hannover with the first real chance of the game.Free-kick from the left isn't dealt with by a static Dortmund defence. Headed away by Hummels, but only in the path of Stindl, who smashes against the woodwork.
Dortmund creating more chances in the final third, as Grosskreutz comes in off the left, attempting to link with Mkhitaryan in the middle. Hannover repel well.
Grosskreutz goes close again, firing a shot that doesn't trouble Zieler in the Hannover goal. Second chance spurned by the Dortmund winger this afternoon.
Elsewhere in the Bundesliga, Bayern are in action against Mainz, and Schalke are at home to Eintracht Braunschweig. A defeat for BVB and Schalke will hand Guardiola his first league triumph.
Hannover now attempting to test Weidenfeller. Bittencourt combines with Huszti, but the visitors bring it away. A very tentative start to this afternoon's proceedings.
Mkhitaryan flies down the right wing. Good passage of play from the visitors. The Armenian attempts to cut in, but stopped by Sane.
Defensive start from Dortmund, who are looking to allowHannover the early chances. No distinct rhythm from the visitors thus far. All very disjointed.
The defensive line-up deployed by Jurgen Klopp is the 16th different one this season. Klopp forced to rotate with injuries and further tests to come.
Pocognoli attempts to run at the Dortmund defence, but a wayward pass scuppers the move. Sakai cannot recover in time, and Dortmund take possession.
Fine start from Dortmund as Grosskreutz arrives from the left. He cuts in ever so gently, before firing a low shot. Well saved by the Hannover goalkeeper.
UNDERWAY IN HANNOVER! The hosts get us started, attacking from right to left in this half. Dortmund in all yellow.

CONFIRMED TEAM NEWS:
Dortmund have won their last three games against Hannover, including this season's reverse game at Signal Iduna Park, where Mario Gotze's fourth minute penalty was enough to take three points.
Tayfun Korkut's men are only six points ahead of Nurnburg, who occupy 16th place and the relegation play-off spot. Nevertheless, they are unbeaten since 2010 in this fixture.
Jurgen Klopp's men have lost their last two games by a 2-1 scoreline, against Gladbach and Zenit, but can they recover against a Hannover side still not safe from relegation threats.
Dortmund also have to contend with a Champions League quarter-final tie against Real Madrid, having been drawn against the Spanish giants in yesterday's draw.
Dortmund are a whopping 23 points behind champions elect Bayern, who will win the title this weekend if BVB and Schalke suffer defeat. It would be the earliest title win in the Bundesliga era.
Good afternoon and welcome to this afternoon's Bundesliga clash between Hannover and Borussia Dortmund. BVB are hoping to keep Bayern's title celebration on ice for just a little longer, as they look to consolidate second place.
