Shots on Target
90' + 4'
This is an effective job of killing off the game from Everton. Just holding the ball in the corner and waiting on the whistle that finally comes. It's all over. Everton into the next round.
90' + 2'
Fulham trying to make a late push, but not really having any luck. Everton doing a great job of holding the ball.
90' + 1'
Zamora chests down a throw and Ruiz has a go that he puts wide.
Poor free kick, Donovan ends up winning the ball and drawing a foul from Ruiz to halt the threat.
Dangerous play to give up a foul. Fulham will have a chance here from this set play.
Yellow Card Clint Dempsey
Fulham was doing well holding the ball, but as it was taken away Sidwell commits a foul and Murphy ends up picking up a card for talking a bit too much.
Good shift from Stracqualursi, first goal for the club and a good work effort. Everton can thank him for plenty tonight.
Now Sidwell is stepping on the pitch to try to add more attacking punch for Fulham.
Everton still well on top of this match.
Zamora comes on the pitch, and to be honest it seems a bit late.
Fulham hanging on by a thread. Stockdale forced into a great save and Cahill is just inched out for the rebound.
In truth it's been Everton's day for much of this game, and crosses from Donovan have been a huge part of it.
That changes the game once again.
Yellow Card Chris Baird
Goal Marouane Fellaini
WOW!! Another Everton goal and it's 2-1!! And Donovan with another assist, another lovely cross.
Dempsey takes a knock from Fellaini, but is back up and on the ball moments later.
Donovan on the break from Everton and he raked his shot wide of the mark.
Now it's Donovan's turn to have a bad touch, passing directly out of play.
First change of the game comes from Everton. Drethe comes on the pitch, adding even more speed to a team already loaded with it in comparison to Fulham.
Dempsey has it taken off him in the middle of the pitch and it ends up with Everton breaking the other way. Nothing from it, but certainly some very real danger there.
Now Dempsey wins a foul that Murphy ends up playing into a dangerous area. Cleared by Everton.
That was super ambitious from Stracqualursi. Way outside and he has a go.
This time Fulham goes quick and Johnson ends up with a hit on his right foot. Howard with another relatively easy stop.
Fulham looking better now, but the play is still very deliberate. Not moving the ball quickly enough. Everton doing a much better job of playing with pace on the ball.
Howard pulls it down away from Dempsey's head.
Cahill has a free kick nearly fall for him, but Stockdale covers it up, then back down the other way Ruiz wins a corner for Fuham.
Yellow Card Tim Cahill
Johnson taking some time down on the pitch, but as play resumes Dempsey ends up with the ball at his feet at the other end and has his shot blocked away.
Would be shocked not to see Zamora come on for Fulham so the Cottagers can go to true two striker set. What they've got going right now isn't working too well.
Back to where we were in the first half. Everton is playing really well right now when the team has the ball, but not creating too many chances.
Ruiz sent a cross in that Dempsey gets his head on, but he snatched at it and put it up over the goal.
Handball called at some point, hard to see on who but Everton will get it cleared back up field after being under some pressure.
Too much asked of Howard with that ball back, made him play it out of bounds. Throw for Fulham.
Donovan being asked to defend and doing a good job of it against Riise.
Fulham swings it right to left and then back again before giving it away, now Everton back on the ball.
Second half running! Everton moving left to right, Fulham right to left. I'm a little shocked not to see changes made, but the teams are the same.
Scrappy half really, but some good play to go along with it. 1-1 at the half and we'll be back to take you through the second frame in just a bit.
45' + 2'
Donovan and Dempsey have both had difficult balls slip away from them in the last couple of minute. But it's Donovan's team with all the momentum right now.
Still the pressure is coming from Everton. Felliani really killed off the chance by taking to long on the ball.
Everton has done a very nice job of applying pressure to a Fulham back line that doesn't look very sharp.
Fulham holding the ball at the moment, but again with a sloppy give away in the middle of the pitch and it ends with Donovan hitting a rocket at Stockdale. Fulham clears the dangers.
Yellow Card Darron Gibson
Johnson wins a foul on the left, and Fulham plays it short to Baird who has a go. The shot ends up at Ruiz's feet and turns and hits it right at Howard for the easy save.
Great first half so far. 1-1 as it stands, but plenty of action. Everton really having the better of play at the moment, but Fulham looks dangerous on the break.
Action was paused for a minute for an injury, back in play now though.
Corner here for Fulham.. and it looked like Dempsey went up to win it and it got knocked down in the box, but Everton gets it clear.
FELLAINI!!!! No.. he pushed it wide but had a good look there form just outside the box.
Great ball in from Donovan there to set up the goal, and a truly lovely finish.
Goal Denis Stracqualursi
GOAL!!! And Everton is level. Donovan with the left footed cross and Denis Stracqualursi bangs home his first for David Moyes' side.
Johnson plays Ruiz in and Howard has to come off his line to smother the ball. Good play all around, and the best attacking move Fulham has had since the goal.
Johnson draws a foul as Fulham is trying to clear up the pitch. Good moment for Fulham to regather.
Yet again, Donovan to take a corner, and Stockdale fumbles the corner, the shot is taken and deflected wide. Donovan will get another chance from the corner and the last one is finally dealt with.
Donovan to take the second and it's a good one, with the final shot blocked, yet another corner, and another, as they start to pile up for Everton. Pressure really on Fulham here.
Another corner for Everton here.. Stockdale punched that one out for another corner.
Ruiz just dribbled himself out of play, over the touchline. Been that kind of season for him. Leads to Donovan drawing a foul as he tries to run by Riiise.
Fulham now looking content to sit back a bit, but Everton not really pressing the play.
Everton with a great chance from a set play and it just missed a head flashing through. They'll have to make more use of those.
Penalty Goal Danny Murphy
Murphy to take and it's a GOAL!!! Fulham up 1-0 early on though Danny Murphy's strike from the penalty spot.
That's not the kind of start the home fans want. No chance for Tim Howard as he was sent the wrong way.
Yellow Card John Heitinga
Really good ball out of the midfield sprung Riise down the left. His cut back Duff was blocked but a penalty has been given!!!
Now it's Fulham's turn to try and hold the ball after Everton had control for a couple of consecutive minutes. Andy Johnson is main outlet for the Cottagers right now, and the former Everton man will be well watched.
Nice job by Donovan of holding the ball in an attacking position, cut in on Riise and played it back, only to see it played back again.
Not a lot of meaningful action taking place. Disjointed at the moment, but the pace of play hasn't slowed down. Everton with its best move of the match so far, shot blocked out for a throw.
Lot of knocking the ball around at the back and then banging it forward. Midfield battle has yet to really get going.
Dempsey with the first shot of the match, just had a go from well outside the box and pushed it well wide of the mark. Good start to the match though. The pace is nice and high.
We're off and running. Fulham in the white kit moving left to right as I see it. Everton in the Blue.
Two very strong sides coming out here. Both sides more-or-less going with the best available group, though Zamora and Sidwell are both on the bench for Fulham rather than in the starting team. Still, should be a wide open match, get set for some fun.
Also, for those who missed it after Dempsey's first hat trick against Charlton, in the win that set this match up, he told Goal.com that playing against USA teammates was really something he doesn't think about during games. "You’re not playing against friends. Even if my brother was playing on the other team, you’re going out there to win the game regardless of who you’re playing against. “Playing against two fellow national team players in Tim Howard and Landon Donovan, it’s good to see, but come game day they’re your opponent. They’re going to do everything they can to try and get the better of you. That doesn’t change no matter who you play.”
We've also got Shane Evans manning the @GoalUSA twitter account during the match, feel free to send thoughts and questions to us there.
We're still just a few minutes out from the match kicking off, so stick around and we'll bring you all the action as it happens. While you wait, we've got the first installment of Clint Dempsey's Diary, a post from the man himself for Goal.com, feel free to check that out.
We've got a massive FA Cup match involving three of the best American players going right now, with Tim Howard, Landon Donovan and Everton taking on the red-hot Clint Dempsey and Fulham.
