David Ferreira's return highlighted the draw between Dallas and Toronto.Toronto FC extended its unbeaten run to five in a row, drawing 1-1 with FC Dallas.
Zach Loyd opened the scoring after five minutes. Jackson dumped the ball into the box, and Andrew Jacobson headed it down. Loyd hurled his body at the ball, heading it past Milos Kocic.
Dallas was less focused on winning the ball in defense, letting a chance rattle around the box half an hour into the match. Eventually the ball popped out to Eric Avila, who crossed to Danny Koevermans. The light toe-poke goal was the Dutchman's ninth in nine starts this season.
In the second half David Ferreira made his first appearance of the season, but Dallas still extended its franchise-record winless run to an even dozen.
