FC Dallas took all three points and stays in first, as D.C. loses again to remain the worst team in MLS.

First took on last in MLS and it ended up as their respective league positions might have hinted. FC Dallas defeated D.C. United 2-1 to maintain a blistering pace at the top of the MLS table.

Jackson grabbed the game's opener in the 11th minute, taking Eric Hassli's through ball and powering it into the top corner.

Dwayne De Rosario equalized just before halftime, lancing a low free kick around the wall and into Chris Seitz's far corner.

Dallas reclaimed the lead in the 77th minute. Michel launched his corner kick across the front of the goal, and Je-Vaughn Watson played it in off his abdomen for his first goal of the season.
