DID YOU KNOW?
  • These two sides met in May and ground out a scoreless draw in Gillette Stadium.

  • The Rapids have already scored seven goals this week. The reigning MLS Cup champ dropped a 4-3 result in Seattle before whipping New York 4-1 at home. Sanna Nyassi scored a hat-trick against the Red Bulls.
  • The Revs also received a boost midweek by snapping a nine-game winless streak. D.C. United was the victim in the 1-0 result. Stephen McCarthy scored the game's only goal.
  • Last season's title-winning strike partnership of Conor Casey and Omar Cummings has only featured together four times this year. That number will remain at four after Casey injured his Achilles tendon against Seattle. He'll miss the rest of the season.
  • With 19 points, New England sits just one point above last place in the Eastern Conference. Colorado is tied for fourth in the West, on 30 points.
  • Colorado only has two days following the All-Star Game Wednesday before visiting Philadelphia to face the Union.
