Only had a few moments when he was called into action, but when he was he made saves with minimal fuss. Commanded his area well and distribution from the back was excellent as always.
Didn't really have much to do at the back but the only real set back was some miscommunication with Mascherano, which will give a cause for concern. Was good on the ball though and passed out from the back well.
A vintage Dani Alves performance as he had the freedom of the right wing to get up and down on the overlap. Linked up well with the attacking players and assisted Messi's hat-trick goal after some neat work on the flank.
Was at his marauding best down the left-hand side and gave Oier a terrible time with his runs to the byline on the overlap. Grabbed an assist for the second after a lovely one-two with Iniesta before lashing a cross in to Alexis.
Kept Oriol Riera at bay as he was always at his back when he had the ball and never allowed him time to turn and shoot or pick out a pass for a teammate. Also headed out plenty of crosses out of the box despite his small stature.
Swanned through the match with ease and popped about passes at will in the middle of the park. Was always there as an insurance policy and was tactically astute as he never drifted beyond where he needed to be.
Was dependable in possession and barely gave the ball away as he was never really under any pressure. Picked out incisive passes out to the wings but sat back more than usual and didn't pick out a decisive pass in or around the box.
Was the catalyst for just about all of Barcelona's creativity from midfield and was constantly drifting into positions to thread passes through the defense. Got himself a hat trick of assists as well as netting a stunning left-footed strike into the corner.
Broke the deadlock in the first half with a tremendously cute finish into the bottom corner and looked much more lively than in recent league matches. Went on to become Barcelona's record goal scorer thanks to a hat trick, with the third typifying his performance. Pace, penetration and ruthlessness.
Looked extremely bright down that right-hand side and gave Damia the run around with his drifting runs inside. Scored the second of the match as after he got beyond the Osasuna defender to diver the ball home with a neat finish.
Was electric down that left-hand side and gave Oier a torrid time with his impossibly quick dribbling and skills on the ball. Grabbed a deserved goal in the last minute as he drifted into the box and slid a strike into the bottom corner.
Couldn't really have done anything to prevent any of the seven goals but conceding this amount points to a poor performance. Was horribly let down by his defense, though, and didn't get any protection whatsoever.
Was torn apart by Pedro and looked was on the back foot each and every time the Barca man ran at him down the left wing. Didn't stick with the runners into the box and just looked out-of-sorts when dealing with the movement of the hosts.
Displayed some strength at time as he ushered a few balls inside the box just behind despite being under pressure from Barca players. However, looked like a fish out of water whenever he had players running at him.
Failed to track the run of Alexis for the Chilean's goal and allowed him a free run into the edge of the six yard box to score. Was continually bettered by Alves on the overlap and didn't burst a gut to get back.
Made a couple of vital interceptions from Messi runs into the box but failed to stay with the Argentine for the opening goal despite looking straight at him. Failed to get in a solid enough tackle to deny the Barca man's second.
Screened the defense well in small periods in the match but ultimately drifted out of position horribly and it wasn't even to get back and help out. For two of the goals just watched as Barcelona players ran past him to score.
Failed to assert any kind of authority when in possession and failed to retain the ball in key areas of the pitch. Did however track back and help out his defense, acting as an extra marker inside the box, which was needed.
Was deployed down the left wing but didn't get the better of Dani Alves once and also failed to track the overlapping runs of the Brazilian. Didn't tuck inside enough when Barcelona was on the ball.
Failed to establish any kind of link between midfield and attack and left too much space between himself and his striker up top. Just didn't see much of the ball and was pretty anonymous in an attacking sense.
Had an opportunity to get on the scoresheet but blazed a volley over from a decent position just outside the box. Didn't have much else to shout about, as he didn't see enough of the ball to create for the visitors.
Thought he had put Osasuna up early on with a close range strike but was correctly ruled as offside. Although he didn't offer much more of a threat he put in a decent shift up top and deserved the applause he got from the home crowd for his Barcelona B exploits.
