Kept his role as the team's goalkeeper in the FA Cup but was beaten twice in the first eight minutes. Certainly looked rather unconvincing for Hull's second goal and didn't have much else to do. Crazy charge off his line in the second period of extra-time.
Solid on the whole but will feel he could have done more in the build up to Hull's second goal. Tidy on the ball and involved in Koscielny's equaliser after challenging in the air.
Scored another important goal for Arsenal to equalise from close range in the 71st minute. At the back, he was beaten too easily in the air a couple of times but strong in the tackle and on the whole read the game well.
Sometimes vulnerable defensively but offered important width when his side had the ball. Most significant contribution was a great headed clearance off the line to stop Hull going three up. Missed a glorious chance to win it for Arsenal but blazed over under hardly any pressure.
Not the German's finest display as the Gunners struggled with high balls and set-pieces, particularly in the first half.
Got Arsenal back in the game in the 17th minute with a marvellous freekick whipped into the top corner from 25 yards. Caused Hull problems and was dangerous when allowed to play on the half-turn. Unlucky not to win a penalty when brought down by Davies in the second half.
Played a little too deep in normal time but took responsibility in extra-time but constantly charging forward - and he came up with the winner with a lovely finish. Arsenal's best player throughout the season and he ended it in style.
Mainly sat in front of the back four. Used the ball with simple passing but not particularly effective or creative.
The German drifted in to areas of space and was not restricted to any set position. Always looked to get on the ball but found it difficult to open up Hull's well-organised defence.
Mainly restricted to challenging for 50-50 headers and playing with his back to goal. Couldn't really get away from the Hull centre-backs but hit the bar in extra time and his lovely backheel set up Ramsey's winner.
Played mainly on the left but was on the fringes of the action. No real sights on goal to threaten with his powerful left foot. Replaced by Sanogo in the 61st minute.
The Scot may feel he could have done more to prevent Cazorla's goal, which was struck to his side of the wall. Handling and command of area generally impressive.
The Hull captain led by example with his anticipation, power and commitment to challenges. Maybe lucky not to concede a penalty for second-half challenge on Cazorla but an awesome performance.
Immense display of old school defending from the central defender. Attacked the ball and won virtually everything he went for before being forced off through injury in the 67th minute.
The centre-back didn't seem to believe it when he turned the ball in from eight yards in just the fourth minute to put Hull ahead.
Stuck to his task admirably on the left with excellent positioning and an understanding with his team-mates.
Ahmed El Mohamady
Showed he had the speed to trouble Gibbs but largely focused on his defensive duties. Did a decent job, especially up against Podolski.
Great work in the build up to the second Hull goal but otherwise a disappointing performance. Wanted too much time on the ball before being replaced by Aluko in the 75th minute.
The midfielder worked his socks off, constantly harrying Arsenal players and putting them under pressure. Lacked quality on the ball but broke well on the counter-attack.
Had some half-decent opportunities on the counter-attack but lacked the pace and composure to threaten Arsenal.
A classy performance from the midfielder. Lovely passing with both feet, although he did have some sloppy moments as the game went on. Shooting was off target.
Lacked the pace to get in behind Arsenal's defence but constantly made a nuisance of himself. Tireless running of the channels set the tone for Hull.
Had to wait until the second half of extra time to come on but looked sharp and injected some energy into Arsenal's attacks.
Came on at half-time of extra-time and made a difference with his classy touches.
Unconventional, awkward and limited, but his willingness and physicality had an impact after he came on for Podolski in the 61st minute.
