Canada's roster features four uncapped players: Toronto FC's Doneil Henry, Evan James from the Montreal Impact, Vancouver Whitecaps midfielder Russell Teibert, and Club Nacional's Lucas Cavallini. All four players participated in this year's Olympic qualification tournament, where Canada was eliminated by eventual Olympic champion Mexico.
