Had a quiet first half but Pescara really pressured the hosts in the second 45. Will be disappointed he conceded but his defense did not help him out. Was lucky to see Balzano's effort cannon off the post.
Milan once again conceded from a set piece and looked vulnerable every time the ball was swung into the box. Nullified the threat of Abbruscato and Vukusic, however.
M. De Sciglio
Got forward when the opportunity arose and provided the Rossoneri with an extra dimension down the right side.
Firm and decisive throughout made some excellent blocking tackles, generally making life difficult for the strikers. Will be disappointed to see his side concede from another set piece, though.
Surged down the left side putting telling balls. Didn't have much to do defensively. But stuck to his task well.
Opened the scoring and attacked frequently playing nice passes and offering himself whenever possible to get on the ball. Looking like the Nocerino of last season.
An enigma. He was unplayable in the first half causing all sorts of problems and Pescara couldn't get near him. Then put in the cross for the own goal in the second half. However, he faded badly and was hooked by Allegri.
Once again showed his determination and fight for Milan, at times it was almost literally as he got caught up in an altercation with Jonathas. Won the ball in midfield and drove the hosts forward.
Attempted a few shots from the outside box, retained possession well and looked very comfortable on the ball. As usual, really.
S. El Shaarawy
A constant threat with his runs out wide and looked to get behind the defense whenever possible. Assisted the first goal and grabbed the fourth in this match - and his 14th of the season in Serie A. Another impressive display.
Another solid performance by the striker, who continues to lead the line well. Was involved in Milan's best opportunities. Set up El Shaarawy for a tap-in and could have scored himself.
Will be disappointed to concede four goals, but he couldn't really do anything about them as two of the strikes were tap-ins while the other were own goals. In reality, had it not been for him, Pescara would have been routed.
Whipped in a couple of nice balls when he got forward but was found wanting against the Milan attack in the first half as the fluidity and movement opened the defense time and time again. Booked in the second half for hack on El Shaarawy.
Saw a fine effort cannon of the post, in what could have been a game-changing moment. Defensively, however, couldn't handle the threat of El Shaarawy, who gave him a torrid time.
Got his side back in the game with a great header but was giving a torrid time by the Milan three-pronged attack.
Found wanting at the back for the visitors struggled to deal with the flowing Rossoneri strike force.
Attempted to drive his side forward when possible. Tested Amelia with a couple of chances when Pescara got back into the game.
Played quite well and created a few chances for Pescara as they pressed for an equalizer in the second half.
M. Lund Nielsen
Showed plenty of energy but he looked out of his depth all afternoon.
Couldn't provide much going forward for the Delfini and scored an own goal on an afternoon to forget for the striker.
Came off at halftime rather surprisingly, as he was one of Pescara's brighter sparks in the opening 45. Can only assume he was injured.
Largely anonymous and was well marshaled by the Rossoneri center back pairing of Yepes and Zapata.
