Samba Diakite will return for the hosts after serving a one-match ban for his sending off against West Ham on Oct. 2.
Manchester United loanee Fabio (hamstring) is due to return at left back, while Clint Hill (head) is edging closer to match fitness in time for the Sunday afternoon clash. Andy Johnson (knee), meanwhile, is definitely out for the hosts, with a return date scheduled for March of next year.
Marouane Fellaini (knee) is unlikely to play for the visitors, but he could make a swift comeback in spite of reports suggesting he could face weeks on the sidelines. The imposing attacking midfielder missed both of Belgium's recent World Cup qualifying matches, but Moyes will be hoping he can recover in time.
Darron Gibson (groin) and Tony Hibbert (calf) are set for Toffees comebacks after missing recent games.
| DID YOU KNOW |
The last meeting between the two sides ended in a 1-1 draw in March this year.
- Sunday's game will be David Moyes' 200th away match as Everton manager.
- If Tim Howard (pictured) and/or Phil Neville play and win, they will be the first Everton players to have started and won 100 Premier League matches.
- Due to Brad Friedel being dropped from Tottenham's starting lineup recently, Howard now holds the best current record for successive Premier League appearances in the Premier League, with 190 games.
- QPR boss Mark Hughes played 22 times for Everton in 2000.
- Hughes was the first player to ever score against Everton for a domestic and a European team: Manchester United and Bayern Munich.
