FC Dallas 5-0 Portland Timbers: FCD smashes Timbers for five
Five-star FCD beats up Portland to the tune of five goals with Brek Shea left out after clashing with coach Schellas Hyndman last time out.

FC Dallas hit up the Portland Timbers for five goals in a 5-0 rout.
It started 16 minutes in. David Ferreira spurted the ball out to the left, where Jair Benitez pinged it into the box. Under pressure from Jackson, Hanyer Mosquera poked the ball into his own net.
Ferreira again orchestrated the second, with Zach Loyd teeing up Andrew Jacobson, who thwacked a hard low drive from outside the box past Troy Perkins.
In the second half Jackson scored the third, shoving his way through a pair of defenders before blasting one off Mamadou Danso and in.
The Brazilian assisted the next two FCD goals. First a simple pass set up Scott Sealy to slot home his first goal since 2008. Then Ruben Luna bundled home a Jackson cross from under the goalmouth.
