Vancovuer Whitecaps goalkeeper Joe Cannon secured a league-high eighth clean sheet in the 0-0 draw with Chivas USA on Saturday night.
Cannon pulled off four blocks, including a smart dive to paw away a Paolo Cardozo free kick. Cannon's teammates, struggling with only three days' rest, only mustered one on target all game. The Whitecaps' best chance came when Camilo headed a corner wide.
The match produced six yellow cards. The one to Eric Hassli means he is suspended for Vancouver's next match, against Toronto FC.
