- Columbus is now riding a six-game undefeated streak following its scoreless draw at New England over the weekend. After only grabbing one point out of a possible 12 in all of April, the Crew have gone 3-0-3 in their last six matches since May 5.
- Columbus hasn’t recorded a victory in Chicago since Oct. 7, 2006, going 0-3-4 in that span. Chris Rolfe and Eddie Gaven opened the scoring for their respective sides on that day in a 4-1 Columbus rout.
- Dominic Oduro has been whistled for being offside more than any other player in the league this year (21 infractions). His aggressiveness has paid off, however, as he leads the Fire offense with four goals and two assists.
