Houston Dynamo 3-3 Toronto FC: Goals galore as the Dynamo rally from a two-goal deficit
Toronto's porous defense gave away a two-goal lead as Will Bruin scored two late goals to force a draw.

Toronto FC was about to win its first game under new head coach Paul Mariner. However, Houston Dynamo forward Will Bruin had different ideas.
The 22-year-old scored two goals late to force a 3-3 draw with the Canadian side, perserving the Dynamo's undefeated record at BBVA Compass Stadium. Bobby Boswell also scored for the home side. Toronto's Danny Koevermans scored two goals and Jeremy Hall notched the game's first goal.
Toronto FC opened up the game's scoring after Hall got into the center of the box, cleanly finishing past Dynamo goalkeeper Tally Hall in the 13th minute. Boswell quickly equalized for Houston when Brad Davis served a pinpoint corner that found the defender's head in the 20th minute.
Then Koevermans shifted the momentum towards Toronto.
The Dutch striker scored immediately after from an Eric Avalia cross to give Toronto a 2-1 lead. The 33-year-old Designated Player then padded Toronto's advantage to 3-1 after he scored his fifth goal of the season, thanks to a cross from Julian De Guzman.
Yet, Bruin refused to allow the Dynamo to lose the game. In the 73rd minute, Davis found Bruin in the center of the box and the former Hoosier finished precisely. Then in the 90th minute, Bruin leveled after scoring a header off of Geoff Cameron's cross.
Toronto is tied with FC Dallas as having the worst defense in MLS and its ineptitude was clearly on display on Wednesday. The team allowed the Dynamo to have 64 percent of possession and 16 shots, as well as allowing two goals on set pieces.
Dynamo falls to sixth place in MLS's Eastern Conference while Toronto FC remains in the conference's cellar.
