Vancouver Whitecaps 1-0 Colorado Rapids: 10-man 'Caps win it on late Le Toux goal
Sebastien Le Toux one-timed the only goal of the game past Matt Pickens, who made seven saves, to seal the game of the Whitecaps.

The Vancouver Whitecaps overcame a Darren Mattocks red card to beat the visiting Colorado Rapids 1-0. Sebastien Le Toux scored the only goal.
Mattocks sprinted into the box on the hour mark and theatrically flopped after losing control of the ball. The referee showed a second yellow before dragging the flabbergasted striker to his feet.
The man disadvantage ended up not sinking the Whitecaps. Davide Chiemiento lifted a ball over the Rapids backline and Le Toux hurled a peg at it, slamming the ball into the back of the net. Coach Martin Rennie told Camilo, who had been warming up, to sit back down on the bench.
Vancouver packed it in and held on for the win.
