Kelyn Rowe came off the bench to score the winner and assist the icing goal in the only MLS match on Saturday.

The New England Revolution beat the Chicago Fire 2-0 thanks to a push from substitute Kelyn Rowe. Rowe and Benny Feilhaber assisted each other to give the hosting Revolution a solid lead in the second half.

Having played 120 minutes in the U.S. Open Cup midweek, Rowe came off the bench for the final 23 minutes against the Fire. He didn't waste any time breaking the deadlock, scampering onto a slick Feilhaber through ball to poke home with his weaker right peg.

A few minutes later Feilhaber and Rowe exchanged a give-and-go sequence to put Feilhaber clear in the box. The Brazilian-born midfielder tucked the ball under Sean Johnson to complete the game's scoring.
