Lazio continues to have a number of suspension and injury problems going into the final league match of the season.
The good news for coach Edy Reja is that Miroslav Klose, after making his comeback from a thigh problem as a substitute last week, is ready to start up front. However, influential midfielders Hernanes and Matuzalem remain sidelined, as does versatile defender Stefan Radu and veteran striker Tommaso Rocchi.
Meanwhile, goalkeeper Albano Bizzarri and defender Giuseppe Biava should be in for the suspended Federico Marchetti and Andre Dias respectively, barring successful late appeals.
Inter's major absentee is goalkeeper Julio Cesar, who is banned after picking up a booking in the 4-2 derby win over rivals AC Milan last weekend, so Luca Castellazzi will make his eighth appearance of the campaign between the sticks.
The other 10 players are expected to remain the same ones who started in the victory over AC Milan in the last round. In-form Diego Milito is set to lead the line again and Walter Samuel, who penned a new one-year contract this week, is set to partner Lucio at center half.
Dejan Stankovic is out with an Achilles problem and Joel Obi's presence is a doubt, but fellow midfielder Andrea Poli is once again available and expected to start on the bench. Giampaolo Pazzini, Diego Forlan, Ricardo Alvarez and Andrea Ranocchia all underwent a separate training program on Friday, but should all be ready to play, if necessary, according to the latest reports.

- The Biancocelesti ended a five-match winless run with a 2-0 victory at Atalanta last weekend, with goals from Libor Kozak and Lorik Cana.

- The visitors have only emerged victors in one of their last five away fixtures, and have an overall record of W7 D3 L8.
