Convey with a probing cross, but TFC clear the danger away.

DeRo with a low, hard shot, forces a diving save from Cannon. TFC are close now to the winning result, but if they concede a draw, their playoff hopes are over.

An attacking flurry for the Quakes but the TFC players fight tooth and nail to hold their lead. Attakor heads the ball over his own bar, preventing a goal.

Nice run of attacking play by TFC is broken up by the Quakes, who push forward quickly in search of the equalizer.

This time, TFC starts the second period off right! DeRosario curves in a cross and Nana Attakor sidefoots it into the goal for a Toronto lead.

TFC gets the last attack of the first half, though, but Barrett's sliding shot goes wide.

SJ making a charge before the half - Salinas puts his shot over the bar, though.

Corner kick for SJ, but TFC is able to deal with the danger. Corrales attempts a long outside shot, and it goes wide.

The first half hour has passed and though TFC have had the better of play, there is no goal to show for it.

Corner kick leads to throw for TFC, which mean Serioux, of course - and there's a header low to goal! OOOOOh, Cannon comes up with the save, just barely - right on the line.

Yallop has SJ pulled back, so they aren't making things easy for TFC.

For a team desperate to make the playoffs, TFC don't seem desperate on the field. White shows a bit of hustle, getting the ball into the box, but Cannon catches the low cross before it does any damage.

Long Adrian Serioux throw give O'Brien White a header, but Joe Cannon catches comfortably.

Barret fights his way into the box, but then wastes the attack by hitting a chip cross way too far for any other TFC player to reach.
