    Salvatore Sirigu

A good performance from Sirigu who has not conceded in two games now. Saved PSG when it was 0-0, and parried brilliantly when one-on-one against Yatabare.

  • Thiago Silva

    Thiago Silva

The PSG captain enjoyed a very good afternoon, which should’ve been rewarded with a goal after hitting the woodwork. Thwarted the visitors on various occasions, and won virtually all of his aerial challenges.

    Alex

The former Chelsea defender improved following his rather below par start to the season. Showed his strength in dealing with Guingamp’s attacks, and combined well with his defensive partner.

    Maxwell

The Brazilian highlighted his qualities at left back with a decent performance. Contributed well to the attack, appearing on the overlap several times. Defensively sound also.

    Gregory van der Wiel

The Netherlands international couldn’t exactly assert his authority on the encounter, but contributed to the cause with a couple of good crosses from the right.

  • Thiago Motta

    Thiago Motta

More influential in possession compared to the last two games, the Italy international was superbly solid and effective once more in the heart of the midfield. Fashioned many chances for the hosts.

    Blaise Matuidi

A good performance from Matuidi as he shows his worth in the Parisien midfield with an efficient if unassuming performance today.

Javier Pastore Flop of the Match

Another disappointing afternoon from the Argentine. He was booed off when substituted for Adrien Rabiot – who in turn scored the winner. Bar one or two good chances, was laborious.

  • Edinson Cavani

Edinson Cavani Top of the Match

The Uruguayan was again the focal point in attack, testing Samassa with a number of shots. Saw a superb volley fly wide, and unlucky not to have beaten the keeper when one-on-one. All in all, another very good game from the €64m man.

  • Zlatan Ibrahimovic

    Zlatan Ibrahimovic

Started the game very brightly, hitting the post inside 80 seconds for the Parisiens. As last week, dropped deeper to involve himself in the build-up more. After a quiet second half full of frustration, hit the second goal in stoppage time to confirm victory with a stunning finish.

  • Ezequiel Lavezzi

    Ezequiel Lavezzi

Lavezzi, who scored the winner last week was a constant threat on the left, and fashioned a couple of half chances for his teammates. Sometimes found himself with limited chances.

    Adrien Rabiot

The game-changer. After coming on for a poor Pastore, Rabiot immediately got into the mix of things, venturing forward at every opportunity. His great movement deceived the defense, as he struck in stoppage-time to open the scoring for his first league goal.

  • Lucas

    Lucas

The Brazilian provided glimpses of his quality in the final 20 or so minutes. Fired wide from distance, but quiet generally.

  • Mamadou Samassa

    Mamadou Samassa

Worked incessantly by the PSG attack from the off. Fared well for much of the first half, but was suspect in the second as he flapped from corners, and parried into the path of Rabiot for the opener.

  • Jonathan Martins Pereira

    Jonathan Martins Pereira

Tailing off after a decent opening, the right back struggled with the width that the hosts attacked from. Maxwell, particularly, gave him a headache with his overlapping runs.

  • Jeremy Sorbon

    3.00

    Jeremy Sorbon

The center back produced a good defensive performance which was undone by PSG’s late goal rush. Kept the likes of Ibrahimovic and Cavani frustrated with a series of tackles and well-timed blocks.

  • Reynald Lemaitre

    Reynald Lemaitre

Like Martins-Pereira, the full back tailed off as the game progressed. Left space behind his flank, which was utilized well by the hosts.

  • Christophe Kerbrat

    Christophe Kerbrat

Not exactly as influential as his defensive partner, but was easily beaten for PSG’s two goals right at the end.

  • Moustapha Diallo

    Moustapha Diallo

The midfielder was distinctly average, but highlighted his power with a couple of good interceptions of the ball.

    Claudio Beauvue

The enterprising midfielder was the source of the Guingamp attacks in the first half. Clever on the ball, linking up with Yatabare. Saw a header wide as his influence waned.

  • Younousse Sankharé

    Younousse Sankharé

Positioned in the holding midfield role, Sankhare did brilliantly well in the first half to limit the PSG attack from creating chances. Showed great positional movement to aid Guingamp’s defense until he was substituted in the second half.

  • Lionel Mathis

    Lionel Mathis

The Guingamp captain was a commanding figure in the midfield. Shielding the deference well, along with Sankhare, he was an efficient passer of the ball.

  • Fatih Atik

    2.50

    Fatih Atik

The Turkish midfielder was rather ill-disciplined on the ball, and conceded a number of fouls. Booked while being substituted.

  • Mustapha Yatabare

    Mustapha Yatabare

The powerful striker, top scorer in Ligue 2 last year, didn’t really make an impact. Bright initially, Yatabare did cause problems for the likes of Van der Wiel, but fluffed the golden opportunity with a stunning miss against Sirigu.

Substitutions

  • Dorian Leveque

Late cameo as he came on for Sankhare. Failed to make an impact.
