Cioaba: I don’t know what is wrong with Bernard Arthur

Azam FC Head Coach Aristica Cioaba has urged his Ghanaian striker Bernard Arthur to improve his performances so that he can help his club win the Premier League title this season.

Arthur joined Azam from Liberty Professionals adding more fire power to a strike force which already boasted the likes of Mohamed Yusuph Abeid, Waziri Junior, Said Chilunda and youngster Paul Peter.

Azam have fallen to third place after their 1-1 draw with Kagera Sugar and will need it’s strikers firing from all cylinders so as they can reduce the gap with Simba and Yanga.

Speaking to Goal the Romanian coach revealed that he does not why the quality levels of his striker keeps on dropping day after day.
.
"He played very well in two Premier League games against Stand United and Ndanda FC, also in the Mapinduzi Cup but I wonder why his day to day performances are dropping down," said Cioaba.

Arthur who joined the club with much fanfare has failed to live up to expectations and is currently low in the pecking order with the likes of Mbaraka Yusuph and even Paul Peter preferred.
