VIDEO: Former Arsenal forward Park scores stunning free-kick for Seoul

Park Chu-young made little impact during his time at Arsenal but he has been showing his true colours at FC Seoul.

The South Korea international joined the Gunners from Monaco in 2011, but left three years later having made just seven competitive appearances.

He graced only one Premier League fixture, with opportunities proving hard to come by under Arsene Wenger.

Park had offered enough in France, though, to suggest that he was a capable performer.

His career path has now led him back to his homeland, with his goalscoring touch returned with regular football.

The 31-year-old’s most recent strike was a memorable one, as he curled home a spectacular 30-yard free-kick.

His efforts were not enough to earn Seoul a victory in the AFC Champions League, though, with a 5-2 defeat suffered against Urawa Reds.
