Perisic has made clear to the Inter board that he wants to leave and they will now turn to 22-year-old forward Keita as another reinforcement.

The Nerazzurri are willing to pay €20m for him, but will add more in bonuses to get closer to Lazio's €25m asking price, while the Spain-born Senegal international is ready to make the switch to San Siro.

Keita had already been linked to the likes of Chelsea and Liverpool after scoring 16 goals in 31 appearances in Serie A for the capital club last term.

Meanwhile, Inter are willing to meet the €24m buyout clause of Vecino, 25, but could offer closer to €18m and Andrea Ranocchia in exchange.

Barca 'relaxed' over Neymar future

Tottenham Hotspur are said to have made an approach for the central midfielder who had a key role for La Viola in 2016-17.

Luciano Spalletti has also targeted 23-year-old left-back Dalbert from Nice while Gazzetta dello Sport are reporting interest in Udinese's central defender Samir.
