We're past the halfway mark of the season and the competition between the Goal Singapore team is heating up. How will they fare in the first round of predictions of 2014?

SWANSEA CITY vs MANCHESTER CITY
BHAS KUNJU TENG KIAT AHMAD KHAN KENNETH HO COLIN NG
1-3 0-2 1-2 1-3 1-2
I just don't see City slipping up now against an indifferent Swansea side
These are the games City have to win if they want to be champions and they are in good form at the moment.
Swansea are not going through a good form at the moment, but  City's away form is slowly improving.
Never go against an in-form team, and that's where I will place my money at.
Fresh from a morale boosting win against Liverpool, City should overcome Swansea who are winless in five games.

ARSENAL vs CARDIFF CITY
BHAS KUNJU TENG KIAT AHMAD KHAN KENNETH HO COLIN NG
3-0 2-0 2-0 3-0 3-0
Rudderless Cardiff will be lucky to not get overrun
Arsene Wenger's men should be disposing of Cardiff without much fuss.
This is a great opportunity for Arsenal to build on their lead against Cardiff, who have only one away win this season.
The Gunners are firing on all cylinders, and Cardiff might well be in for a beating.
Arsenal have too much quality to lose to an out of sorts Cardiff.

CRYSTAL PALACE vs NORWICH CITY
BHAS KUNJU TENG KIAT AHMAD KHAN KENNETH HO COLIN NG
2-2 0-1 1-1 2-2 1-1
Two very unimpressive teams but Palace have shown to be formidable of late
Fancy the Canaries to nick this for some reason.
Both teams had encouraging performances despite narrow losses against the Manchester clubs. Should be a draw.  A game which should provide plenty of goals and up end as a draw in a match between two evenly-matched up side Both teams suffered narrow defeats over the weekend and should cancel each other out.

FULHAM vs WEST HAM UNITED
BHAS KUNJU TENG KIAT AHMAD KHAN KENNETH HO COLIN NG
1-1 1-2 1-0 2-3 1-1
Fulham are falling apart at the seams. West Ham aren't better and this could be where both teams recover
Fulham are smarting from their pasting by Hull and could suffer again here.
Both teams are in a relegation scuffle now, but Fulham would have a point to prove after their thrashing by Hull.
The Hammers might just edge this game as Fulham attempt to recover from their thrashing by Hull City last week.
Both teams will not want to lose this game, but their poor defences should ensure goals are involved.

LIVERPOOL VS HULL CITY
BHAS KUNJU TENG KIAT AHMAD KHAN KENNETH HO COLIN NG
3-1 3-0 4-1 4-0 2-0
A much-needed 'easy' home game after the City and Chelsea defeats. This should be three points in the bag for Pool
Hull will not make this easy but I can't see past the Reds for this at Anfield.
Liverpool have never lost twice in a row under Rodgers, so this is a great opportunity to get back to winning ways.
Two consecutive losses to tittle challengers is nothing to be alarmed about, and they should return to winning ways
The Reds to return to winning ways after two consecutive 2-1 defeats.

SOUTHAMPTON vs CHELSEA
BHAS KUNJU TENG KIAT AHMAD KHAN KENNETH HO COLIN NG
2-2 1-1 1-1 1-0 0-1
Chelsea have looked to hit good form but Saints won't be easy.
The Blues didn't play all that well last time out and could drop points here. Saints would be desperate for a result after starting their season so well. Chelsea lost the last time they visited the St. Mary's, so who knows?
The Saints can cause an upset here and Chelsea's erratic away form could aid their cause.
With four games in ten days, Chelsea's bigger squad should have enough to overcome Southampton.

STOKE CITY vs EVERTON
BHAS KUNJU TENG KIAT AHMAD KHAN KENNETH HO COLIN NG
1-2 0-1 0-1 0-3 0-1
Everton should have just enough to claim three points
A narrow win for the Toffees seems to be the logical conclusion here. Stoke have a pretty decent record at home, but Everton should battle their way to victory here. Under Martinez, Everton seem to have flourished, and they will be hoping to maintain their challenge for the top four spots. Despite missing Jagielka, Everton's defence should propel them to victory.

SUNDERLAND vs ASTON VILLA
BHAS KUNJU TENG KIAT AHMAD KHAN KENNETH HO COLIN NG
1-0 2-1 1-1 1-3 1-1
Two teams deep in trouble and neither would be letting up.
Sunderland showed good resolve to come back from two goals down last time out and could post a victory here. Hard to see a winner in this fixture.
Sunderland are a pretty decent team but I have got a gut feeling the Villains will win this game.
Both teams have only won one of their last eight, and should cancel each other out.

WEST BROMWICH ALBION vs NEWCASTLE
BHAS KUNJU TENG KIAT AHMAD KHAN KENNETH HO COLIN NG
1-2 0-2 1-3 1-3 0-1
Newcastle will be hoping to bounce back against a lacklustre WBA side
The Magpies were unlucky in defeat against Arsenal and should be good enough to dispatch the hosts. Newcastle are playing too well to lose again, so they should return to winning ways here.
Newcastle will have too much firepower for West Brom to handle.
Newcastle will be looking to bounce back from their recent home loss to Arsenal

MANCHESTER UNITED vs TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR
BHAS KUNJU TENG KIAT AHMAD KHAN KENNETH HO COLIN NG
2-1 2-0 3-2 2-2 2-1
Spurs wouldn't be easy even if Man Utd have found their form. This could be a close contest but the home should get a win
About time for the Red Devils to play good football AND win at the same time.
Both sides can ill afford to lose any more points, but Rooney should be the difference, that is if he plays.
The two most underachieving teams in the league will just cancel each other out as they look to get into the top four spots.
United have quietly won four consecutive games and should win a fifth, especially with Spurs missing Vertonghen and Sandro
