The Gunners star had to be withdrawn towards the end of the first half in his side's 1-0 Premier League win over rivals Tottenham on Sunday but returned to training with the Three Lions on Wednesday.

"Trained for the 1st [sic] time today! Fully recovered from my bug I picked up! Good session! Lazy afternoon in bed! Dinner time now..." he wrote on Twitter.
